It is highly unlikely this doctor has authentic accreditation.
This doctor authorized with full awareness a vulnerable family member to be locked in a room with little to no food for almost 2wks while in a catatonic state. This family member laid in their own urine and feces during this time.
It is unclear what procedures this individual performed on a family member to cause the individual to not have the ability to communicate, think and relate as they had prior.
This family member now wanders the streets of Sarnia homeless, and unable to care for themselves. This family member is vulnerable, unable to reside with family, and is provided no long-term care.
This is just the tip of the iceberg as to what this individual did to our family member.
Bluewater Health pact together preventing a change in doctor.
Probably because this doctor was willing without conscience or question the unethical medical procedure that was forced on our family member causing trauma. All of this has been formerly reported, and no accountability, responsibility or remorse has ever been shown by anyone. Probably because the eye witnesses were promoted to the sunshine club.

He is a dumb talaban who tried to kill me both times I seen him , and abused his powers cancelled my referral to the new lady psychiachris and also left me in a room all alone by my self for 2; days and even cancelled my heart medication from my heart doctor, I am in the process of having his license to practice taken away , then every time he came in to see me he asked if I thought I could kill him then would ask the nurse on the ward do you think he could kill me . Then laughed at me and said your to small , not how you treat a person with PTSD never got any therapy sessions , plus the meds he gave me dropped my oxegen level to 59 present , even had a nurse tell me that worked on the ward say she didn't care if I starved all day because she wasn't working tomorrow that was around I'm guessing 5am in the morning. very un professional. avoid him at all costs as he doesn't care about people he just trys to kill them , he comes from Nigeria and has no heart for anyone that isn't his nationality

I was admitted to the inpatient unit in January 2023. He held me for 7 days because I went in because of psychosis due to opiate withdrawals. I am so grateful that he did. He was so caring and listened to me well and was helpful. He linked me with Dr Donald at the bmc while I was staying there via video chat. Both of them worked together to get me feeling better because I was in such rough shape when I went in (I soiled myself twice - to give you an idea of how bad my withdrawals were). I believe it was his first time dealing with an inpatient withdrawal case, and he did such a great job. I have severe hospital anxiety being held in units like inpatient not being able to leave, and he made me so comfortable that I didn’t have anxiety the entire time. and it was my longest hospital stay. I will say he is firm and doesn’t sugar coat, which was a shock being that I used to see Dr Willsie (and she was easy to sway in my favour), but I think that was good for me. My only complaint was that he wanted to take me off my benzo script because he thought it was unsafe to take with suboxone (which I got put on while there for the first time ever in my life) and dr Donald (a doctor specializing in opiate withdrawal) actually overrode him and put me on an even stronger benzo while there (with a script following my stay that would taper me down week by week for 5 weeks total to get me off it) along with suboxone steadily as street opiates often are mixed with benzos so I was withdrawaling from the benzos too. He was very educated and knowledgeable. If Anyaebuna had just pulled my script that day, I would’ve been in for a hell of a week, worse than it already was. But I’m grateful for his care in every other aspect, and now I think having cared for me, he knows that it’s okay to have benzos mixed with suboxone during the initial withdrawal phase so hopefully working with dr Donald he’ll continue to provide good care to other recovering substance users like myself.

My only other complaint is he booked no follow up appointment with me, and he knows I don’t see dr Willsie anymore as she left the hospital last year…. So even though I had an inpatient stay and that usually means the patient jumps any wait list and is matched with a psychiatrist immediately for follow up care, that didn’t occur for me. Maybe it was the nature of my stay and he didn’t feel I needed follow up care? However, with that I would disagree, and leaving me without psychiatric care was a poor decision as well. I don’t think he’s very knowledgeable about caring for people with substance abuse issues and with todays day in age, he really needs to change that before people slip through the cracks. Luckily I advocate for my care and won’t let myself slip through the cracks, but not many other people share that same quality. It’s his responsibility to be knowledgeable about all mental illnesses that could come through his door. But I can see he is very caring and makes an effort, so hopefully this has changed since then. He seems like he has a willingness to continue to learn and expand on his knowledge and skill set, as he didn’t get mad or try to change Dr Donald’s order - he just asked me why and I told him and he actually wrote down my answer and seemed very receptive to the information. I just wish he had followed up with me post hospital stay…

He gets all your information, asks you lots of questions, and then provides you with a plan. He does a very job with severely limited time. Thank you.

Frequently says things unacceptable to say to mentally unwell patients, diagnosis complex things with little information and attempts to force you into medication while ignoring medical history.

Welcoming, adaptable, accepts polite correction of data presented to him, with grace.
Long time user of mental health providers, Emmanuel is a truly gifted person. Would love to spend more time with him discussing mental health, from a patient perspective. Outside of work. Coffee?
