We had the best experience with Shady Grove and Dr. Namnoum. She made us feel so important and talked to us every step of the way. We were brought to IVF due to my husbands condition, he underwent surgery to remove his mature sperm and even then Dr. Namnoum's team was there at the hospital to retrieve his samples. There were never any questions or regrets with her. The best by far, I was sad to be released from them but we are now expecting a healthy baby girl this July. There is no doubt when we return to start the procedure with our second child that we will be taken care of.

My infertility story began six years ago and I received my diagnosis of stage four endometriosis in 2016. I began my IVF journey with Dr. Namnoum with little expectations of actually conceiving. She not only guided me through each step of the process but the compassion and attention to detail she showed cannot be put into words. I absolutely love her! She gave me the gift of life and for that I will forever be grateful.

Going through infertility is so incredibly hard. We were referred to what is now Shady Grove about a year ago after 2 years of unsuccessful trying and help form my regular OBGYN. Going into the office with my husband, I was completely terrified and unsure what to expect.

From the very first meeting, Dr. Namnoum made my husband and I feel very at ease. I never felt like my million questions were too many, and I am confident is saying that I wasn't just "another patient" as I have heard people say from experiences elsewhere. Dr. Namnoum treated me (and my husband) as an individual case and although we ended up diagnosed as unexplained, she took us through all the diagnostic procedures in hopes to help us find the answers.

As I write this, my baby is growing healthy and strong in my belly. If I didn't seek the help of treatment, I don't think this would have ever happpened for us. For anyone looking for a Dr., you cannot go wrong with Dr. Namnoum and her staff. They were all more than wonderful and they help make a scary and hard situation a lot less scary and hard. She will ALWAYS have such a special place in my heart.

We started with SGF in March after using another Atlanta Fertility clinic for our first child. Right at the first visit Dr. Namnoum was very personable and caring. She took her time with us and gave us great advice. We went through one fresh cycle and one frozen cycle before I got pregnant and I felt as if Dr.Namnoum was invested in the process with us. We saw her at every appointment, not a nurse, which I thought was great! At my previous clinic, I rarely saw my Dr. Our experience at SGF has been great and Dr. Namnoum and her team were wonderful!

We started on the journey of fertility 20 months ago, and now we're days away from the arrival of our first child. We started with a separate fertility practice, and ended up needing to switch suddenly when our insurance changed, and we found SGF. In the end, it all worked out beautifully, and we were really grateful to be tucked in with SGF. We found Dr. Namnoum and her team to be thoughtful, caring, and eager to support us on our unique journey. With how our journey unfolded, I went to the SGF office 41 times int he calendar year of 2017 - sheesh! ...by the end of it, the SGF team was like family and I felt a great sense of support as we navigated the twisty, curvy, roller-coaster journey of IVF. We had lots of ups and downs along the way, and I really appreciated how SGF handled our case. We are delighted to be almost 39 weeks pregnant, expecting our first child, with a few more embryos in the freezer - all thanks to SGF. Thank you, Dr. Namnoum and Team!

My husband and I have had issues conceiving and we never really knew why. As the issues became more involved, we started seeking help from a reproductive endocrinologist. I interviewed several and finally settled on Dr. Namnoum. Both my husband and I could not be more please with not only the results of care, as we are now expecting, but also the overall quality of care she provided as well as her supportive staff. She was very informative and communicative during every step we took and never pushed any type of treatment. Dr. Namnoum gave us all our options, what she thought was the best choice, and facilitated our end goal though as little intervention as possible. We absolutely love her and were very sad to not have our weekly visits now that we are expecting and are continuing care with an OB!

My husband and I tried to conceive for almost four years without any luck. I started at a different clinic in Atlanta but was unhappy with the customer service and the progress. I switched to DR. Namnoum at GRS in January of 2017 and by November of of 2017 I was pregnant. I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy. Dr. Namnoun was so kind and caring. She took the time to talk to me at every appointment and answer any questions I might have. Her nurses were great and always returned calls and emails very promptly .They were also very mindful of my time. I never waited more than ten minutes or so to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Namnoum and her staff at GRS. They made our dreams of becoming parents come true.
