Waiting room was terrible but as soon as Dr. Helt saw me things were super quick. He had great bedside manner and nurse Savvanah was incredibley kind. I hope I don't need to go back to the ED soon, but if I do I hope I see people like them.

I am alive because of the entire team at the Woodstock emergency department. I don't remember anything but am told I had 10% of my heart left but they brought me back. Thank you.

The rules at KGH regarding visiting are SHAMEFUL. They wouldn't let me or my mother in to see my dad when every day when we called they said he could die at any moment. Who does that?! If it wasn't for Dr. Helt my dad would have died alone. Junior or not he seemed to be the only person.who even cared.They will be hearing from us.

Dr. Helt called me about my mother who was in the ICU and gave me a full update. The nurses had been great and had been keeping us up to date, but he was the first doctor to call since he had been admitted. More doctors should be like him and actually answer our questions.

After my husband fainted while walking out of the hospital Dr. helt listened to us. They figured out it was his heart rate and got us admitted to the hospital really quickly.
