Dr. Melicharkova is very smart and knowledgeable, very on top of treatment and planning for complications. My experience was after a diagnosis elsewhere and referred to her for treatment, which could differ from those looking to her for a diagnosis. Her receptionist is great and helpful as well.

Dr. Melicharkova is very knowledgeable and caring. She always treats me very well and respectfully, and does her best to find the best treatment for my condition. Her receptionist is very efficient and capable. Some delays are inevitable in a medical office, but generally they are pretty punctual.

Both doctor and receptionist were friendly and excellent.

Dr. Melicharkova treated me like a fellow human being, not an troublesome object or an ignorant individual. I was very delighted with her response to my problems and wish only that I had had access to her practice years ago instead of the opinionated, superior-acting individual I was forced to interact with. She is a treasure.

Terrible bedside manner, rude and degrading. Feels like patients are an inconvenience to her. Pretty crappy attitude for being in the medical field that's supposed to help people. Go somewhere else, most likely will get better and faster help and information without being treated like crap and inferior.
One of the worse doctors I've come across.

- She did two diagnostic procedures in the course of 3 years before diagnosing me with “Anxiety” and firing me as a patient, which also now has affected my ability to get a second opinion
- She ignored new symptoms and did not look into them at all because she did a sigmoidoscopy on me 2 years ago, despite newer symptoms developing years after that procedure
- Her receptionist refused to schedule appointments and tried to offer medical advice instead and was rude in general, in the way she spoke to me
- She only works two days a week (in office) and also isn’t willing to schedule appointments in advance, so if you have a procedure and then want follow up, you will have to wait until you have the procedure and then also wait until the results come in before she is willing to book you for a follow up, which will then be scheduled for 3 months from then
- She seems to lack interest in helping patients and only does the bare minimum before labeling your symptoms as psychological, without doing anything to rule out otherwise, which is a form of discrimination
- I now have found out from a different doctor that I have a prolapsed rectum, an anal fistula, and much more complications due to waiting years for treatment from her that I never got because of her negligence
