I had read the previous reviews for Dr. Parden and was hopeful that I had found the perfect fit for me. I was very disappointed in her communication skills. She talked way too fast and in some ways felt very condescending. The appointment felt rushed. Dr. Parden gave me a print out of diagnosis and was told I needed physical therapy. I was not given a phone number for therapy or told if they would schedule for me. Dr. Parden was recommended to me by a urologist. I am totally confused. The urologist said I needed immediate surgery. Dr. Parden gave a completely different diagnosis. I think she missed the mark. Will be scheduling appointment with a different urogynecologist. I don't see myself going back to see her.

Dr Parden is great. When you need a prescription refilled, her staff will not call the pharmacy after repeated calls by the pharmacy and calls from me. Third time I have run out of medication because staff will not return calls to pharmacy. So frustrating for me and pharmacy. Cost them and me time and money. An occasional slip up is one thing, but 3 times is inexcusable.

Dr Parden is the Best and I really wish I did not have to give this bad review but you are only as Great as the staff you hire to represent you and Dr. Parden's nurse really did her a disservice. I had an appt on 11/6 and met with Dr. Parden after checking me out they took a sample to send off to the lab. Dr. Parden said I know you are in a lot of pain so I will make sure your prescriptions are sent to the compounding pharmacy so you can have them for the weekend. Well, her nurse after assisting me she advised that she would need to go to lunch but would send them over when she returned. My prescriptions were not sent over until sometime late on Monday so they were not ready for pick up until Tuesday. Making it where I had to go through the entire weekend still with no relief for my pain. To be clear, I am not writing this review because of that I am writing this review because I called the office to see if my results were back in because I was still having pain and after multiple calls, many left messages 11 days later Dr. Parden nurse calls me to tell me she still didn't know anything she thinks my results were negative. I explained to her how poor this customer service experience has been I am still waiting for word on if an antibiotics will be called or what would be done to assistance me and the nurse was silent i though maybe she put the phone down. So I ask, are you here? Did you hear me express how I felt about about this experience and that I'm in the same situation I was in before I came and the nurse answered "Yes, I heard you". With no empathy, she could have said I sorry you had a bad experience we have been very busy but I will do my best to take care of you now. No she said nothing she did not care about me at all. Never, express that the ball was dropped but we are going to get to the bottom of this., Nothing. Needless to say, I am still in pain and now I am looking for another doctor. As a business owner I know firsthand how important Customer Services is, it can really Make or Break your business.

Dr. Pardon, is wonderful. She is very knows her stuff!!! I took my mother all over the Southeast, including Charleston, ( University of South Carolina Medical University) to a renowned UCLA Doctor, and to Dothan near my home town of Eufaula. They treated my Mother for months with IC medicines. She never had IC. All those chemical hurt my mother. Ivfinially found Dr, Pardon through friends and with in three weeks she identified the problem. I can’t tell you what a great doctor she is. She took the time to investigate. Thank God for her!!

I am so grateful to have Dr. Parden as my doctor. She has helped me get my life back. She listens. She really cares about her patients. She explains in a manner that is easy to understand without talking “down” to you.
