I had a ACL total tear on my right knee and a meniscus tear in left knee. Dr Alex did a terrific job! I’m 40 years and I feel like 25 now. His team is amazing, everyone super professional and knowledgeable. I don’t have enough words to appreciate what he did. Highly recommended!

I had a lateral/medial meniscus tear, Dr Rezansoff performed arthroscopic surgery and trimmed both. My recovery time was extremely quick and painless. He is a very talented surgeon and I would trust him again with any joint issue. Explains the surgery and outcomes and possible risks. Listens well, is pleasant to talk to, would definitely recommend him. His staff is awesome, always quick to reply and very helpful.

I have had an ACL and meniscus surgery with him. For both, I have had an excellent experience.

For the surgeries, I was fully recovered in half the time it is typically expected. Alex did an incredible job. He is a talented man.

The doctor and his staff also made me feel comfortable and informed during the entire process. Further, they helped acommodate my schedule and were able to get me in surgery within a reasonable time frame (for Alberta health standards).

I highly suggest you go with this surgeon if you are in the Calgary area. You won't regret it. He is amazing.

Honestly one of the best experiences with a doctor. Amazing bedside manner, takes his time to explain things and doesn’t rush you through your questions. He’s got a calm and inviting demeanour and really makes you feel comfortable and confident moving forward with him. I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing an orthopaedic surgeon.

Went in for a torn meniscus. No pain after surgery. Did not need the pain meds or Tylenol.
