I've never been treated soo poorly, she is not only unfriendly to my autistic son but shes rude and actually used my sons seizure medicine refill to make me come in to get him immunized even when I told her I wouldn't. Never going back

Reis pediatrics will double chage for an office visit. If going to a well child/ baby appointment and medicl advise is given by the doctor, beyond measurements and vaccines that is, they will charge for both well child and therapeutic visits without disclosure at the time of the services. The double billing will come as a surprise in the mail. I was not only surprised by the charges and their attitude that this is normal procedure, but disappointed that after I followed the medical advise and prescription for a month my child's condition remains the same.

Dr. Reis and staff seemed to want to sell extra supplements more than anything else. She frequently quotes studies and sources for treatment plans that contradict what she recommends. Her recommendations are often brusque orders. Worst of all Dr. Reis uses the "you will have a dead baby" persuasion technique every visit. A terrible doctor for new parents or patients who want to be involved in their childs care.

We always see the nurse practioners and not the docotor. It seems that everytime my child is sick I am always going back again. Very frustrated and am looking for another doctor.

Doctor Reis and her nurse practicioner Becca are god sends. My son has ketotic hypoglycemia and severe allergies among other health afflictions. They have done more for him in a few short months than any other doctor ever did. They and their staff truely care about the children and always put my son as ease during visits. Appointments are very easy to schedule at convienant times and we have always gotten a sick visit right away. When I call, whether it's 4:00 in the afternoon or 4:00 in the morning I am able to speak directly to one of them and receive nothing but the utmost respect and care. They also take tricare prime so I didn't have to switch my son's insurance plan to see her. They do the batteling for us with the goverment health care and are always willing to go to bat for us. Ever since our first visit we've been greated with a smile and by name.
