Dr Parks explained everything to me before the procedure and during it. I was treated very well. I was in a fair amount of pain however I knew to expect it. His staff was wonderful after the procedure and I went home to recover.

i think Dr park is a great doctor, he was gentle with me and explained everything to me. even in the procedure moment he still took the time to explain things to me and help me with the breathing aspect so it wouldnt hurt so much. as far as bedside manner, he was fantasic with me. slight language barrier but that doesnt make him ignorant or terrible. he has helped me out alot after my MVA and im thankful i have him

In 2004 I was involved in a car accident and was T-Boned at an intersection by a distracted lady who didn't notice her light was red. Now almost 6 years later, I live with chronic & terrible pain every day. The sad part is that I am self-employed and the bread winner of a family of four so that puts me in a pickle (the legal processes take years to resolve, I'm sure others who have been through understand). Dr. Park is a major component of my pain management program. He is very knowledgeable and he does listen to my concerns and invites my questions. I cannot work the same hours as prior to my accident, but thanks to regular treatments from Dr. Park, at least I can still work to some degree and I really appreciate that! This doctor is a keeper!!!

The procedure was explained in the office using a computer video of a comfortable patient, sedative used... actual treatment was opposite... painful, no sedation and horrible bedside manner. Unable to walk & excessive bruising, help was refused on return visit & very short report was sent to my family doctor citing negative results. I missed additional time off work due to the pain. N.B. The bodybuilding father on the custom mtrcycle show did an episode showing himself having this procedure and stressed his pain level as needing sedation.

Disappointed with after care as I had reaction to treatment and was told they could no longer help me. Several weeks later the reaction cleared and the procedure had worked!

I was very disappointed in Dr. Park's "bed side" manner. After waiting in his waiting room for 1 1/2 hours for my appointment, I felt degraded, humiliated, and belittled because of my weight. I believe he could have been more tactful in his wording and phrasing. I left the appointment very downhearted and depressed.
