Dr. P was amazing and worked with Dr. Lung to figure out the plan for braces and a jaw surgery. They offered many pathways to reach the goal and worked with me and my schedule. Dr. P was patient with me as I would commute for appointments and occasionally needed more time at some appointments. 4 years later and one jaw surgery, my teeth look better than I could have expected considering how bad they were beforehand. Would highly recommend Dr. P and his team.

I love Dr.P! He was my primary Orthodontist for the last 2 years and as an adult with braces, I had a very positive and memorable experience.

There is a Pure location less than 5 minutes away from my home and yet I would follow him to the west-end and SWP location, as I would only be down to go to him. Prior to Dr. P, I had gotten consults at other places that had recommended some aggressive treatments such as jaw surgery, removal of multiple teeth as well as a dental implant to fill in my missing canine, which had scared me away into taking a year break from deciding on braces. When I had my consult with Dr. P and I discussed what other Orthodontists had suggested for treatment plans, he had seen no reason to do any of those things (I was relieved btw) other than he had said, if need be, I could get a veneer put onto one of my teeth, but let's see how the treatment goes first.

I really see the passion in his work and the care he has for his employees and patients. He always loved showing me my progress pictures as I could see how excited he was looking at them, which in turn made me excited about my teeth! For a person who has always been uncomfortable at the dentist and anything teeth-related really, I highly recommend Dr. P to everyone. I encouraged my husband to check him out as well as my brother, who is thinking about getting braces. I promise, you will not be disappointed!

Dr.P has accommodated to every wish/desire/goal I had and made the absolute most crooked, narrow teeth/jaw into a veneer looking smile. Other orthos had recommended extreme surgeries for my concerns while he explained why that's not needed and how he's going to fix it, the unfixable things were always given an affordable alternative. As I am near the end of having braces the affordable alternatives are not needed as he has fixed the unfixable. When I voiced insecurity about my square jaw opposed to the models on Instagram he had a very fatherly way of correcting those thoughts along with explaining it suits me, runway models have square jaws, how it balances out my other features vs denying the trait or suggesting surgeries as others have. He explained what concerns cannot be fixed this very second will be fixed, but these steps are first and this is why. I could go on forever as to why even if he sucked as a person, his attention to detail and knowledge would be worth it but his character goes above and beyond making him as good of a person as he is an orthodontist. He takes pride in his appearance and hygiene, comes off as very classy with little effort. Through my treatment I have listened to him be nothing less than genuine, attentive and personable, but still always focused. The only time I had seen him lose himself is while talking about his family. Just very happy and proud of what they have accomplished which has proved to me it is not a face he puts on for work and he cares as much as he makes you feel he does. When I began treatment I had booked with whatever Ortho was open that day, they were all outstanding doctors. Within 2 minutes of meeting Dr.P I knew I was never going to see the (awesome) previous doctors again and that is who I wanted to work with. I strongly believe if I had not met Dr.P I would have settled for a good smile with the other orthos but he listened to what I wanted, built off of what I was saying and how we'd get there and gave me a smile I really did not think would be attainable without extra cosmetic work/surgery giving me a better smile than the screenshot Pinterest photos that made me originally get braces in the first place. My only concern is the man isn't getting any younger so if you needed a reason to start today, this is it. (The other orthos are truely great, but the guy is just the Wayne Gretzky, Connor McDavid and Draisaitl of the orthodontist world, you aren't going to find better.) I thought I was done... Also the way the ortho assistants work around him you can tell he treats them just as fatherly and loving as he does the patients. They can be personable and relax during work while staying on task out of respect rather than fear, which is HUGE and find that, especially in anything dental related is hard to find. The assistants display trust in his ability to lead. He's always willing to teach and shows patients. Not 5 stars as a doctor, 5 stars as a person.

I can genuinely say that Dr. Puszczak has been a pleasure to work with since he became my primary orthodontist. He had helped guided me through the surgical process and connected me with a skilled surgeon (Dr. Lung), whom he works very closely with and has a good working relationship with. During this time, I felt that Dr. Puszczak had my best interest in mind and would advocate for my well-being and care, and would listen to and address my concerns when I voiced them and give me sound advice. I also felt that he was very competent in his role and in his ability to plan and manage my case, which turned out to be a complex surgical case (unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the other orthodontists I had worked with…). So if you are looking for an orthodontist who is professional, competent, caring, and enjoys what he does (which is very important!), I would definitely recommend Dr. Puszczak!

The first day I met Dr. P (at PURE Orthodontists)., he convinced me, that braces at my age (sixty) would not be a problem. He is professional but kind with an outstanding "bedside manner". I am two months post braces (18 months with) and I could not be happier. I learned quickly to make sure my appointments were made with Dr. P. Now I can smile with confidence. Thank you.

Dr. P was amazing! He explained everything he was trying to accomplish with my teeth at every session and really seemed to value my thoughts and opinions. I'm happy he was my primary orthodontist - he was funny, personable, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I enjoyed the experience, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the results!

Dr. Paul Puszczak was my orthodontist specialist for the last 4 years and I finally had my braces off last week. He has been an amazing doctor and it was always a pleasure to see him at the time of my appointments. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything along the way, answering any questions I had about the braces and jaw surgery procedure. He truly made my experience at Pure Orthodontics the best it could have been. I would recommend Dr. Puszczak to anyone looking to improve their smile and confidence ! I had 3 yrs of facial work done, mixing dr.P and Dr. Lung was the best decision my father and i could have made! Doctor Puszczak is actually the first and only out of MANY orthodontists and surgeons to have convinced my father that despite all this work i would be just fine and come back the other end feeling better than ever! i am now a couple months post op and post braces and despite having to wear minimal retainers i am as good as ever! Dr. P and Dr. Lung made sure that we were kept informed of every little detail and only proceeded when we felt ready to do so, the staff at Pure Orthodontist was great and the knowledge of these two partner in crime doctors are the works of a miracle! Not to forget the incredibly positive attitude from Dr. Paul Puszczak. A million thanks to both of them :)

I am extremely happy with Dr. Paul. My teeth look excellent. He made sure I am happy with everything he did and the final touch was my favorite. He is kind, caring and I highly recommend him .
