I have never been so mistreated in my entire life by one doctor in such a unprofessional way. I’ve been with her for four years and it started out very good and then down hill fast. I never saw her and she gave me my medication, she talk to me and belittled me constantly. She would call me screaming and cussing at me. I never once failed a urine test. Her front office and back office is so unprofessional it is crazy. If you’re looking for pain management do not look here, again do not go and see this doctor. You think that you will get your meds on time, you won’t. You will go through a week of withdrawals and then she will decide whether or not she will give them to you and if she’s in a good mood she’ll give them to you and if she’s not you’ll go another week without your meds. Good luck and I hope you make the right decision and run away from this doctor. I’m going to be making calls to the board and the better business bureau, Hyppa. This lady needs to be stopped before she actually kill somebody.

I think that a major point that should be scored for all doctors is listening. Dr Krivan has always listened to me, my thoughts, my fears, needs, and downfalls and helped accordingly. She is wonderful and compassionate, and truly cares about my life.

I would love to see her staff be as reliable as she is (Sarah is, she just hasn't found the right fit for the front office), and my visit would go perfectly!

I have been seeing Her for years, she always takes the time to listen she does care and if your medication is not working she will work with you. And she does not judge. Very hard worker and will work hard to help anyone that is honest with her. Never take advantage of a Dr. that is willing to help you live a normal life as much as possible. The front desk seems to be having their issues which I'm sure is will be back to normal. She is the Best

It has taken me a VERY LONG , VERY LONG time and gong through years of enduring a LOT of pain, to find a Dr.such as Dr.Krivan. If she ever gives up her practice, then I will have to retire as a patient ! Dr Krivan explains things and REALLY listens and cares! She never doubts what I say nor does she talk at me instead of to me !In my books she should get a A plus!

If you self-medicate or your UAs are inconsistent with your prescribed meds, this doctor will discharge you for violation of her pain contract. You put your health at risk along with Dr. Krivan's license. Dr. Krivan is fair, and the most compassionate doctor I've ever known. She has improved my quality of life and, bottom line, I'm sticking with her. You want the best pain management and rehab doc in Nevada? Well, play by the rules!

Dr. Krivans staff is so disorganized and unproffesional that it gives the impression that all her practice is after is the $$$. Dr. Krivan also discharged my wife from her practice today for having both low levels of a prescribed medication that was supposed to be as needed. The dr. also discharged her because she was given pain medication in the hospital when she had emergency surgery to remove her gall bladder. She said it was a "Breach of Contract"!All in all the whole experience with Dr. Krivan and her incredibly inept staff left a foul taste in my mouth! I would not recommend her to an enemy!

She doesn't care about her patients and falsely accused my sister of selling her pain pills because she didn't have the right amount of meds in her pee test (she needed more meds in her system) and she was thrown out of the office. They had my sister wait in the office for 2.5 hours before they brought her back in the office and the front desk person told her that she wasn't taking her meds like she was supposed to and they said she was selling them because her system wasn't showing enough meds. The doctor couldnt even look at my sister and tell her personally. They said she had breached her contract and no longer could be seen by her. She made my sister cry histerically and I almost had to drive her to the hospital because she was so upset and having panic attacks. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. Another patient said that she was doing the same thing to them. Very bad people skills. Dr. Krivan's ADHD is getting the best of her.
