My name is Elena Schatz.I have been a patient of Dr. Freeman’s for many years. Most recently I had a problem and I called the office to see Dr. Freeman. Instead they put me with another doctor, I don’t remember his name but he was an Indian doctor, not that I have a problem with that I just can’t remember his name. My problem was, this doctor was so unknowledgeable he was asking me how I prefer to take care of my problems. He offered me neurontin which I did not want to take. Not only that, but he asked me if I did want to take it. What doctor asked the patient if they want to take it. He was not very confident in what he was offering to me. He offered me nothing else to do about the pain I was having. And all this time I thought I was going there to see Dr. Freeman. They need to get rid of that other doctor from their practice so they will lose a lot of patience. I called today to make an appointment with Dr. Freeman, I was told that he does not want to treat my condition anymore. What condition, and they also said I did not comply with the other doctor what did I not comply with, all I said was I did not want to take that drug, so they dismissed me as a patient. I always found Dr. Freeman extremely arrogant, but he was my pain management doctor so I stuck with him. I would never go to him again ever, his office stuff is nasty, and he could be extremely condescending at times. One time when I had an epidural, my leg went numb, when I got off the table. He was absolutely less than caring. I don’t advise anyone going to this doctor. So anyway he just supposed to be today from being his patient so I have absolutely nothing good to say about him, as he listened to the other doctor he shifted me off to in the first place. You shouldn’t be a doctor if you weren’t going to take care of your patients Dr. Freeman.

This was the only place that was able to help me, Dr. Freeman and his staff are excellent and helpful, wouldn't go anywhere else. Prior to going there I had suffered severe neck & back (spinal) and collarbone pain from some injuries, went to several other doctors, orthopedics, therapy, etc. without any luck, one actually wanted to do major surgery on my spine, until someone recommended Dr. Freeman at redefined healthcare, it was only then that he and his great staff got to the root of the problems and have given me back a quality of life I never thought possible and they helped me to avoid an unnecessary major surgery on my spine

Dr Freeman and Evan Jay have been very dedicated to helping me with my complex problems . Although I keep needing surgeries (spine & ortho) I still have pain, and I've been in his office crying more than once, his words to me were, "we're not going to give up, we'll keep trying everything we can" . It's amazing to feel that you really have these talented, smart people on your side. It's hard to find doctors like this. I recommend the practice to anyone who'll listen.

As a pain specialist, he should be more sensitive to his patients and not treat everyone as of they were all drug addicts. Not a caring bone in this man's body. If you don't want to get the implant iv that he is pushing, then he has no use for you and treats you poorly.

Excellent and caring doctor. He explains options, explores problems and addresses all with thorough and professional assistance. The front desk has recently changed and is not friendly but the doctors and Dr Freeman are excellent.

About me: lower back pain, si joint pain, the works. I left my old pain management doc due to no results and painful procedures ultimately requiring me to go to surgical centers and general anesthesia. After doing nothing but medication for a while, I found Dr. Freeman. Wow. It was like day and night. The difference was the skill and craft of the doctor. My first injections went so smoothly and painlessly, I couldn't believe the procedure was done. The second one, a little pain, but I was also in more pain and tender, but still nothing like the old doc. I went to. Third injection, like the first, painless, just a little pinch. Again...... The doc is skilled and knows his craft. PERIOD. Whether the injections work and for how long is subjective. If you have pain you know what I'm saying, but the goal is not to endure more pain from treatments. Office staff is nice too, sure.

Worst experience! For pain specialists they do not seem to understand the meaning of urgency. I called the office several times and left numerous messages for two days and haven't received as little as a call back from anyone yet (after being treated) and I'm still in extreme pain. I saw the doctor for few minutes and he seemed to be annoyed that I could not precisely pinpoint the pain location as my whole leg was in pain. I would not recommend him for anyone with severe pain.

I found Dr. Freeman on the Aetna website. It was my first time bringing a family member to see a pain mgt dr. and the last. This is a business not medicine. We could have got the same service from our PCP. He was more concerned about getting an injection in then diagnosing the problem. WOW that is why medical insurance is so high!!! He was very arrogant and he is a DO not an MD

Dr Freeman is very quick with you. I've seen him several times and I have gotten some releif from my pain. This place is definitely assembly line. You get your shot and out the door. I was shocked at how right after the procedure you are rushed out without so much as having your blood pressure taken and being able to rest for 15-20 mins...There are plenty of other good pain mangement doctors i think for me it is onward to someone who can provide better care while treating me.
