My name is Elena Schatz.I have been a patient of Dr. Freeman’s for many years. Most recently I had a problem and I called the office to see Dr. Freeman. Instead they put me with another doctor, I don’t remember his name but he was an Indian doctor, not that I have a problem with that I just can’t remember his name. My problem was, this doctor was so unknowledgeable he was asking me how I prefer to take care of my problems. He offered me neurontin which I did not want to take. Not only that, but he asked me if I did want to take it. What doctor asked the patient if they want to take it. He was not very confident in what he was offering to me. He offered me nothing else to do about the pain I was having. And all this time I thought I was going there to see Dr. Freeman. They need to get rid of that other doctor from their practice so they will lose a lot of patience. I called today to make an appointment with Dr. Freeman, I was told that he does not want to treat my condition anymore. What condition, and they also said I did not comply with the other doctor what did I not comply with, all I said was I did not want to take that drug, so they dismissed me as a patient. I always found Dr. Freeman extremely arrogant, but he was my pain management doctor so I stuck with him. I would never go to him again ever, his office stuff is nasty, and he could be extremely condescending at times. One time when I had an epidural, my leg went numb, when I got off the table. He was absolutely less than caring. I don’t advise anyone going to this doctor. So anyway he just supposed to be today from being his patient so I have absolutely nothing good to say about him, as he listened to the other doctor he shifted me off to in the first place. You shouldn’t be a doctor if you weren’t going to take care of your patients Dr. Freeman.
