These Reviews are very old and inaccurate. Dr.Raphael is A M A Z I N G. The best doctor I have ever been too. He takes his time and really listens to his patients concerns and speaks with you on how to manage things. He is also very informative doesn't let you leave the office worried he explains everything to a T. He is never in a rush. If you catch him in the morning when he has an abundance of patients of course he is going to look busy and rushed like any other doctor would be. His staff is amazing as well. Especially Melissa, and Sherry they are god sent always so welcoming never see them without a smile on their faces ! Been Going to this office for almost 4 years now.

Waited 2 hrs in waiting room then another 35 minutes in a small office B4 seeing Dr Lopez.. Yes always seems to be in a rush his staff seems very overwhelmed ... I just think this Dr has way tooooooo much on his plate and they don't know how to
schedule appts right .... The staff definatly needs some professional RE TRAINING

No i'm very sad because actually he is not the same doctor he is more interested in
himself and his family and this is bad because he need to take care of his patients or he lost it.

Overall,experience: Poor. Would not recommend. Does not want to refer out of the office. Have been trying for six weeks to get a simple x-ray referral. Have never received it yet...no contact from the office. Pushy with patients for the in office tests. Does not respect the answer "no." If you refuse a test they want you to have..they put more pressure on you to have it. $$$ coming in I guess. Very long wait time...over an hour...not including the wait in the back room...25 minutes at least. Office environment is poor...too small and stuffy. Staff is in chaos most of the time. Too many patients.

This doctor has poor hospitality and bad manners. Did not see my mother when she was in alot of pain, staff did not returned her call in regards to the side affects of a medicine pain killer. Left my mother waiting in the small area of where blood work is done kepts on coming back and giving medicine which she was alergic too and when I asked if my mother was going to go into a exam room the staff was confused and afraid of asking Doctor Lopez. The doctor was not friendly didn't acknowledge his patient my mother nor my questions. Very disappointed with this doctor and staff.
