I just saw Dr.Park this morning, he is very pleasant,takes his time,nothing negative to say about him.Staff is excellent. Certainly would recommend him.

Dr. Park is an excellent doctor who is very invested in his work. He is reserved, sometimes funny. I got my cochlear implant approximately 20 years ago and my 3 year old grandson approximately25 years ago. He doesnt talk much, his humor comes out in a delightful way. I just loved him as did my grandson. It has been a journey of amazement and gratitude. My name is Suzanne Briggs and Carsen Briggs is my grandson. I can’t imagine anyone not liking him as I can’t give him enough accolades.

Amazing doctor. He is funny, great with kids, passionate about his work and cares for his patients. Sometimes he runs late, but it is because he is spending time making sure each patient receives the care they need. I’ve had multiple surgeries done by him, and he has spent hours in the operating room fixing another doctors mistakes. I am very grateful to him, as I likely wouldn’t have my hearing today if it weren’t for this doctor.

After waiting 2.5 years for my appointment, I’ve walked away after my consultation with Dr. Park not feeling confident with his diagnosis and “you’ll have to live with it,” advice. It’s difficult to trust the knowledge and skill level of someone who doesn’t seem to care. Not a compassionate man. Lot’s of arrogance. Disappointing visit. On the up-side, the staff on that unit and the audiologist are wonderful!

Terrible…..no respect,kindness or concern in the least! Could go on but would have to choose my words to carefully! Just do yourself a favour and stay away from him!

He did not treat me with respect, concern, or care. I experienced excruciating pain at his hands. I asked him to be gentler with his digging in my ears, and he asked me if I was a baby. I am dealing with multiple cancers, so I see a significant amount of Specialists, and I have never been disrespected like this. He will never see me as a patient again. Thankfully I have found an amazing ENT who is professional, respectful, kind, and brilliant. Happy to never see Dr. Park again.

I have been seeing Dr.Park since 2013. Dr. Park removed the tumor - cholesteatoma from my right ear. Even though he was not able to save due to the extend of the tumor (which other ENTs I was seeing were not able to diagnose or treat), he was able to remove the tumor in my left ear and was able to restore my hearing. His technical skill set is phenomenal.

I was only sent due to a CSF leak that occurred post craniotomy. When he said brightly he would take care of it and then punctuated my ear drum, removed a great deal of fluid & put a drainage tube in I trusted he knew what he was doing. He didn’t. With no instructions he sent me on my way & for the next 10 days would not respond to repeated calls for help. There is a closed loop for his number and staff will not respond or call. When my surgeon insisted he respond he angrily saw me, changed his diagnosis to a 3 month long infection with zero symptoms & sent me off with ear drops. Fast forward through 2 crainiotomys to repair CSF leaks that he insisted I didn’t have. Again my surgeon sent him a formal request to confirm there was still a leak & if so to book a scan to locate it. He & his office ignored the request for 8 months. The surgeon was aghast and insisted he perform his duty. 2 months later he rudely saw me, confirmed the leak but refused to book the scan, telling me to just live with it & get a hearing aid. He finally booked the scan another 2 months later after myself, my Surgeon & my GP hounded him. Problem was, while he booked the scan he neglected to book the pre scan blood work. Thank goodness the scan office twigged in because they hadn’t received the results & contacted me. His office refused to respond to the scan offices calls & faxes. Despite him & his staff we managed the blood work. Not only will I never have anything to do with him going forward but I worry about others. The multiple errors he made in my case could have had fatal consequences I was lucky to avoid. Every visit was a demonstration of his supposed superiority both with the very long wait times and an extremely arrogant tone & attitude. Don’t be duped by his credentials & the odd favourable comment - this man should not be practicing.

This doctor is TERRIBLE. Never asked any questions, just sat there and tapped his pen. Then said well just keep doing what you are doing. And left the room. What a Joke lost 3 hours of pay for this. I waited 2 years to get in and this is what I got.
