This doctor is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen/ Understands Fibromyalgia but even better listens about G6PD. Thank God I finally found and great Dr.

Dr. Toliver is NOT a good Dr. I went to him for years and as soon as I was in an accident he took his time made my injury worse and tried to milk my insurance. Thank you I appreciate that and now I am stuck with a $3,000 bill because he took to long to resubmitt a new bill to my insurance after they did an investagtion on him and his billing codes. According to the codes he was billing my insurance for I should have been in the hospital. I definetly would recommend another doctor if possible.

It took me years to find a doctor I trust- and respect. Dr. Toliver understands Fibromyalgia, & pain. He makes me laugh most times & I leave feeling good every time. He does not rush you through your appt., like many Docs, but will take an hour if he needs to, to listen & figure out what will help. Dr. Toliver is very knowledgeable and up to date on many treatments & medications. Bottom line: I wish there were more doctors in Yakima like him. If only he accepted my children's insurance, they would all be seeing him as well.

I have had several doctors over the years and I have never been as happy with a Dr. as I am with Dr. Toliver. I told him my personal beliefs on how I want my health care issues addressed and he listed and respected my wishes. I am also happy with his office staff and how they know me by name and face, not by patient number. If more Dr. offices were like his, huge waiting rooms with 5 Dr.'s working out of them would go out of business.

Dr. Toliver will sit down, listen and answer all questions. He focuses totally on you and his staff returns calls promptly. He is a good doctor to have on your side.

We choose Doc Toliver on recommendation from a friend. we were pleasantly surprised by his knowledge dedication to his opatients, and good manner. During conversation at one appt. he said "My responsibility is to my patient", and that says it all for me. He is willing to take the time with his patients and do his best to get them healthy. He has a good bedside manner, excellent sense of humor, and tact a rarity for most doctors these days. I am at ease with Doc Toliver, something I couldn't say about any other physician. After all the specialists and doctors I have seen due to my condition(terminal). I am more confident and trusting in him than any other I have met. As for his nursing staff, they have been the greatest and have been known to cheer us up when having a bad day, or ease the tension when we are nervous. He will be my family's doctor until he retires. My wife and I always seem to leave in good spirits, Thanks Doc. I appreciate all you have done for us.
