I am so saddened to write this. Dr. Bracalenti passed away last week. May his soul rest in peace. :(

Since moving to Winterberry drive, Dr. Bracalenti's office functions 100% better and with the grouchy old staff replaced. My wait time was on several visits 15 minutes to a half hour....way better than the old office. Dr. Bracalenti takes his time with you and does a thorough physical and listens to any concerns, and is quick to refer you to specialists when needed. I am no longer looking for a new doctor now. I will stay here:)

Dr. Bracalanti is a very personable and patient doctor although his girls that run the office are very rude, unorganized and not very compassionate. Good luck getting them to answer the phone!

Dr. Bracalenti is very good but staff are rude, abrupt, unhelpful and hard to reach by phone. There is one staff member (G) who is an exception to this and will try to help when she can.

Have been very pleased with his service. He never rushes me and am sure he doesn't rush others, hence the wait to be seen.

Dr. Bracalenti is a very thorough Doctor and approachable. He was recommended to me by my daughter and I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have him as my doctor. This Doctor actually cares.

Excellent and is always up to date on current medical findings and studies. Always willing to listen to concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Usually very punctual and office wait time is minimal (15 minutes).
