He was a dead loss in every respect. Not helpful at all.

Dr. Potiuk was our family Doctor some years ago - he was professional, followed up on tests and we felt he was a very good family physician with a good sense of humour. We were sorry to have lost him but its good to see him at Rebalance

Doctor Potiuk was dismissive, rude, arrogant and unhelpful. He laughed when I talked about my care from previous doctors and physicians. I was shocked. I have never encountered this kind of behaviour with any professional, let alone someone involved in medical care. Please avoid this doctor.

I found Dr. Potiuk to be very knowledgeable and good to have as a family doctor. He made referrals when necessary and always followed up with test results. I was sad to see him move on from his family practice, but having said that, I do understand that being a family Dr. is a pretty thankless job in the medical field.

Dr. Potiuk was my family doctor for several years. I’ve always found him to be thorough, thoughtful and responsive. I’ve appreciated his calm and reassuring manner, especially in advance of my surgery and during recovery. Dr. Potiuk has always taken my concerns seriously, and has taken the best care of me and my family.

Dr. Potiuk kindly took me and my family on after a difficult heart operation. Through the years we found him to be always thorough, helpful and pleasant. We regretted his decision to leave his family practice but we understand his reasons for doing so.

He was completely dismissive, rude and seemed to have no interest in actually providing me any help. He inspected my injuries for approximately 15 seconds before declaring that I was fine and would be okay within a week. I was not. I have had physiotherapy appointments and massage appointments since and they were able to properly diagnose my injuries with ease. I hope you read this before you visit with this doctor so you have the opportunity to get help elsewhere. You are wasting your time with this doctor.

I will go out of my way to avoid Dustin Potiuk in any medical clinic. I tried to get a note excusing me from work due to my progressing joint deterioration, and he told me "if you can sit down you're obviously not disabled." He proceeded to laugh at me for not having a firm diagnosis on my condition, and told me to stop wasting everyone's time. I've dealt with doctors for my entire life and I have NEVER seen someone so blatantly rude, dismissive, and overall smug. Didn't even listen to my symptoms and scoffed when I started tearing up. Saw him November 6th, 2018 at Wheelhouse Integrative Medical Clinic. The other doctors there are fine but I will not return based on this experience.
