I’ve been a patient of Dr. New for more than a decade, and after two babies, I can safely say he is the best of the best. He honored my wishes, while also keeping my health and my babies health in mind. He is kind, warm and professional. He makes me feel like I am his only patient, as I never feel rushed and he remembers every detail. He is always on time and his staff is wonderful. He is one in a million.

Transferred care from my midwife. He was my worst fears come true. He didn't listen to me, steamrolled me when I tried to ask questions, and performed a completely unnecessary c-section because I was "off the labor curve". Completely traumatized by this doctor.

I hesitate to write an unsatisfactory review for Dr. New because I like him so much as far as bedside manner and professionalism go. I suffered multiple miscarriages under Dr. New's care and his attitude was always that I had "bad luck" or that it was "nature's way of taking care of things." I ended up seeking out a reproductive endocrinologist on my own only to be diagnosed with two issues that I will need to take continued medication for from the beginning of pregnancy in order to not miscarry and have a successful pregnancy. I hope that Dr. New will change his beliefs on recurrent miscarriage and be more proactive with treatment or referrals to specialists in the future so that other women will not have to suffer unnecessary heartache like I did.

Dr. New is a wonderful OB. He delivered my second and will be delivering my third. After a messy c-section experience with my first child, I was worried about ever liking an OB again. He has great bedside manner, is punctual, and seems very knowledgeable. My second c-section went beautifully! In addition, I should also comment that his assistant, Maria, is very personable and professional. Overall great experience

Dr. New is simply a wonderful doctor. As my wife’s doctor during the pregnancy of our first child, Dr. New dedicated all his attention to our needs and questions throughout all of our visits. His answers always conveyed confidence; his approach is humble, kind and humane in a profession where arrogance is unfortunately becoming the norm. Maria, Dr. New’s medical assistant is also very kind and shows true concern about her patients. We always felt welcome to his office, and always felt that we had received excellent service in a friendly and kind manner. We highly recommend Dr. New and his staff!

Dr. New is an amazing doctor, I never had to wait long in office, his staff was very professional and helpful. I did not have the easiest pregnancy and am so glad I had him with me every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone and have already many times. Another positive thing about him is that many of the nurses he works with choose him to be their doctor and that says a LOT!!! Best OB in DFW! LOve LOVE LOVE

I saw Dr. New for pain. He seemed very professional, but he completely missed the diagnosis of my twisted ovary. I ended up having emergency surgery the following day in another hospital for my severe stomach pain. I am not angry, just disappointed.

All I can say is that Dr. New is great! His staff is very patient and helpful as well, including his nurse, Maria, and the front desk/insurance department. I had my baby 2 years ago. He is soft spoken, always on time, and was great during delivery. He made me feel comfortable and calm. I would recommend him to anyone.
