The first appointment was a nightmare of RUDE NASTY staff members...Other appointments with staff the same. I did notice they were treating all patients the same way...RUDE.! Dr Rouhlac was polite and seemed knowledgeable, however, He was also always in a rush to get done. I had the test done on both legs and he told the staff to Fax off the letter he had just finished to the insurance company stating that I needed approval because I needed surgery ASAP..Stating both of my legs were in bad shape...After months of waiting and no answer's, I called the Dr office and they were RUDE to me again stating they had not heard anything from insurance company...I called and Humana told me they have never gotten anything since the tests on my legs had been done...Nothing requesting surgery etc.....So, with that said, and all the suffering day to day that I have been in, enough is enough! NO MORE! I will find another Dr with a nicer and more competent staff who can do their job right!!

They overbook, you have to wait hours in his waiting room. Sometimes he's not even in the office but at the hospital and you're sitting in his office waiting room. Then when seen, it is very quick and he doesn't even look at your legs.
