I feel really rushed when I see Dr. Mitchell. I get one sentence in about my symptoms and she's already on her computer writing out a prescription. It's difficult to squeeze in questions, let alone raising another matter. And her instructions are rapid fire.

I was reluctant to trust a new doctor after The Dr. Ludwig. Initially the change from the laid back older doctor to the younger more pressed Dr. Mitchell was a shock and I wondered what to do. I knew the staff and the office well but what to do? Since then, and many visits later to Dr. Mitchell, I can say she is a very caring and knowledgeable person. There has always been a personal touch or a wry bit of advice to make the experience rewarding. I am going to be a healthier and happier person with Dr. Mitchell and she is highly recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr.Mitchell's for two years. She was my GP during pregnancy and she was very supportive and always took the time to see how I was feeling. From what I have seen, she does all that she can in the short time she has with each patient. Hard working, fantastic bedside manor and a bubbles personality. She has always treated me, my husband and son like family. To me, that is what a "family doctor" should be.

I was a long time patient of her predecessor, Dr. Ludwig who was amazing. Like so many other reviews here, Dr. Mitchell is in such a rush when you see her. She runs around the office frantically trying to keep up. She speaks as fast and as auctioneer when you're trying to understand what's wrong with you and how to fix it. Not the kind of "care" I would expect from my doctor. Maybe I was spoiled by Dr. Ludwig who was patient, CALM, collected, compassionate (I could go on). To top is off, the receptionist is horribly impatient rude, and clearly hate her life! Last time I checked, I'm the one paying for the service via my MSP premiums. Receptionist should be a little nicer to the people paying for her paycheck! Newsflash: THERE'S NO LAW THAT SAY SHE HAS TO SEE A MILLION PATIENTS A DAY! Her patients are suffering as a result. If by some chance the few positive reviews aren't fake, she should really work on her consistency.

She is the best. Very sharp, and goes out of her way to be helpful. I'm an elderly person, have had many different doctors, and I rank her at the top. She remembers everything about me (an amazing feat since she has many patients), is always cautious and careful. She provides detailed information about what test results mean.

I also got passed on to Dr. Mitchell after my very compassionate, caring, competent GP retired. I found Dr. Mitchell was always very late (over 1 hour at times) and always in a rush. How can she do a competent job when she is always in a tizzy She clearing needs time management skills. I gave her a third opportunity to redeem herself without success. I found another GP and am now getting the standard of medical care I was use to.

Dr.Rusanna Mitchell has had to fill a very tough pair of shoes (previous retired Dr.) and has proved herself extremely well. She's always taken the time to explain and most importantly listen to my symptoms and is not afraid to refer to specialists or make personal suggestions with diet & exercise etc. I feel extremely blessed and happy that myself and family have her as our GP. I don't feel anyone has the right to fault her on being late for their appt's as she has been quite punctual for all mine, but one never knows what she is up against with her previous appt's. She never makes you feel rushed. Enough said, I think she's a great Doctor!

Dr. Mitchell is a competent knowledgeable caring experienced doctor who does the best possible in our medical system. She will listen and work with you. Yes, she is busy, so cut out the chit chat and try to be organized presenting your symptoms and she will give you the time necessary. If people would realize how difficult it is to make it as a GP they would cut her more slack. She always has openings on short notice, max 2 days. Waiting time is under 1 hour, mostly less. For a GP actually excellent. The front staff, well, the way I figure, you get treated the way you allow to be treated. The doctor is the one who counts.
