Dr Janush is a complete pain Dr. She works closely with you to keep you informed from the moment you see her throughout your treatment. She has done wonders for me and even referred me to other Drs on other medical issues she observed, she treats the whole body .

She is a good doctor but in the past year or more she has lost a lot of her good staff. I referred a friend to her back in the fall. My friend has been in terrible pain with back and neck. She calls and leaves messages for the medical assistants about different things and no one returns the call. I don't know if Dr, Janush is aware of her staff's neglect of patients or not. The office manager I think is alot of the problems in her office as well. There was a time someone always returned your calls but not anymore.

This doctor is AWFUL!!!!! Save your time and money. All she cares about is getting people addicted to meds and making money. Her staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. The girl at the check in counter is so rude and you can hear her talking about all the patients as you sit in the waiting room. It takes hours to see the doctor. Her male office manager is the most vulgar and rude person ever. He tries to intimidate you and will follow you around trying to listen to what you are saying. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a physician's office. She needs to fire her entire staff and start over especially the office manager and check in girl.

I'm almost 60. This is only the second review that I have EVER written. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. J. I became her patient BECAUSE to become a patient, you sign what amounts to a contract for periodic drug testing. Dr. J cares so much about her patients she drug tests. If you fail the drug testing she releases you from her care because you have violated the contract. Makes sense to me and it's all right there in the paperwork you get BEFORE you see the doctor. And, that's why I opted for her care. Yes, she does extensive testing, which is important for those of us whose health concerns/have left us pretty much hopeless. When the tests came back that I wasn't taking the prescribed supplements the nurse called me. The alarm in her voice prompted me to follow the doctor's orders. I took my supplements and stopped exhibiting signs of Alzheimers! Normal lab work did not detect the deficiency. Dr. J has a gigantic personality and in my experience she was always upbeat and bubbly. Clearly, she's very strong, smart, and very knowledgeable. We're not accustomed to seeing these traits in a female doctor perhaps because the medical profession is dominated by males. If we had more female doctors you would see more extremly confident female doctors. Dr. J. exudes confidence. And, I loved it. She thinks "out of the box" - which is good for those of us who have been from doctor to doctor with little success. So, in-depth, outside lab tests are ordered which typically are not covered by insurance. So, it is unfair to blame Dr. J. for laboratory charges. While I stopped counting the number of doctors that I've seen since 2000 for chronic fatigue syndrome when I got to 30 (doctors, acupuncturists, colon hydrotherapists, etc.), Dr. J is one of the top three. Dr. J. Listens, is very thorough, and digs deep to identify the root of your health issue. The lab tests, while expensive, are a necessary tool for good investigative work. If she was all about the money she wouldn't take insurance. EVERY doctor whom I've seen who thinks "out the box" DOES NOT take insurance. You pay cash. No payment terms. I was paying $1,000 per visit when I lived in Washington, DC. So, to be fair, Dr. J is not all about the money. So glad I found her.

She tests and tests for everything under the sun. She is VERY money hungry. She bills and bills the insurance company. She is really nice at first talking to you all about how she can help you and even cried while talking to my husband about his case. It is a phony act! All she really cares about is padding her pockets. If you have to have pain blocks she administers them with NO sedation. They are excruciatingly painful and do not last. The pain from them is debilitating for a couple of days. She prescribed a very strong pain med and the highest dose she can give a person to my husband. She did a DNA test and told my husband never to take morphine because his body can not process it and the meds she gave him were made from morphine. Then after we tell her that he is not going have anymore blocks done she up and says that he failed a urine test having multiple drugs in his system and that was false. With that test she refused to treat him. She waited 2 months after the test was done to tell us only doing it when he needed a med refill. He was left with no meds and she could care less about him withdrawing from the extreme meds she had him on.

Dr Janush is the best DR I have had in the last 20 years. She spend as much time as you need with her. She has a timer that she sets for each patient, and never once left the room when it went off. She is very detail oriented, and looks up all medications that you're on for interaction with any medication she might put you on.

I wish I could find a general practitioner with the same quality and patient care that I get from Dr Janush. Without Dr. Janush I would not be walking or would be a drug addict. I firmly believe she has saved my life!

She does alot of blood work, and some people don't like that, but she finds issues my GP hasnt caught. She is very caring of you has a person and wants to know if you are having financial or insurance issuses, as it affects your wellbeing.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this woman. The reviews I read saying she was money hungry, all I can say is they should have talked to HER. She has staff that is trusted to do their job. When I brought money issuses to her attention, she personally looked into the issue and always took action.

Had been going to her for several years. I always loved her thoroughness and compassion. I thought she truly cared and listened. I had a bill from two visits/procedures and a male office manager called me and was extremely rude and I felt harassed and intimidated. I was bawling. He did not seem to have one moment of empathy for me. He said I needed to pay half of my bill before I could be seen at my appointment which was later that day. I told them they lost me as a patient. I've been making payments since and just paid my account balance off and now they've sent me to collections. I've just received a letter from an attorney today stating I owe more than what my account balance was. I am so mad and hurt at the same time. Dr. Janush charges a statement fee of $6 each month and she puts you through a battery of tests including drug screening at the office and send out lab, and these tests are often not covered by insurance. It's truly sad that this has to be an issue and standards of care are obviously less important than the money. I am filing complaints with the BBB and others. I would urge anyone to do the same so that maybe this won't happen to anyone else.
