I had Dr. Flanders for both my daughters from the time they were days old to when he left the Eglinton location of Kindercare. He was always compassionate, informative, never pushy, and took his time. My oldest wasn’t speaking much at 18 months old and he set up the speech assessment (it was a 6 month waiting list) for us at that time. Without the early intervention she wouldn’t have been properly diagnosed and that in itself helped her overcome her speech delay. I’m in a medical field as well (veterinary) and had lots of questions about human vaccines, he answered them all without judgement or pushing anything on us. He informed us and let us decide. With our second daughter it was a no brainer to make him her doctor as well. We had great visits every time with him.

My tenure at Kindercare Pediatrics under Dr. Flanders was marred by an unsettling blend of dishonesty, disloyalty, sneakiness, callousness, and vengefulness. Promises made during hiring were hollow, and a lack of transparency led to constant surprises. Loyalty was a one-sided expectation, with sudden policy changes eroding job security.

Covert decision-making bred an atmosphere of mistrust, hindering collaboration. The callous dismissal of employee concerns and a vengeful response to dissent created a toxic environment. Overall, Kindercare is not recommended for those seeking a supportive and ethical workplace.

Did he not study medical ethics? From my experience with this doctor it did not seem that he did. Be careful, his words will signal a picture of virtue and integrity, but his actions are narcissistic and purely self interested- not to mention that he is pioneering a two tiered system of medical access that only favours those with money, which is anti-Canadian to say the least.

It is deeply hurtful and unacceptable for Dr. Flanders to openly mock and belittle those who have experienced vaccine injuries. As someone who has personally experienced the pain and suffering that can result from a vaccine reaction, I am disgusted by Dr. Flanders' complete lack of empathy and disregard for the well-being of his patients. It is clear to me that he is more concerned with promoting his own agenda than with providing compassionate and supportive care to those in need. His dismissive attitude towards vaccine injuries is a clear indication of his ignorance and lack of understanding on the matter.

The whole experience felt very condescending. Just because I do not have a medical degree does not mean that I am an idiot. I think that I will be leaving Dr. Flanders and heading to Kid Crew.

I the past I was pleased with Dr. Flander. It seems to me now he is more interest in business than in taking care of my child. He left the appointment during to answer his phone, and I didn't see him wash his hands when he returned! Unhygienic. I am disappointed in the change and will not be returning.

As I was explaining what is the concern with my son , Dr chose to pick up his phone and talk for 2 min while we were there. I found it very disrespectful . ( it wasn’t an emergency call) … medicine he prescribe two pharmacist advice that they wouldn’t give it to their own children as it was very strong . Now I am not sure what to do !!
