Dr. Pang is a kind person who has always treated me with respect, but unfortunately the rest of the staff has always been rather cold and unhelpful. It’s almost impossible to get through to the receptionist and they don’t always call back after leaving a message. When I do manage to get an appointment, it’s always a resident doctor that sees me and it’s someone different every single time. At this point it just makes more sense to go to a walk in clinic.

I visited the Courtice clinic as I was having sinus issues. This was the first time meeting this doctor. He was nothing short of kind, and empathetic. He took the time to listen and understand my issues. I really refreshing change from the norm.

Dr. Pang is great. Knowledgeable, empathetic and understanding. To make an excellent doctor however, is the right staff. Prior to covid, there was always issues with getting a hold of the receptionist, and at times I felt frustrated, having to keep calling to get an appointment in. Being more prompt answering calls will prevent anyone from seeking troubles with this doctor.

Excellent physician who knows his medicine. It sounds like previous people who are frustrated with him were likely drug seekers or people who didn't appreciate the fact that he uses evidence-based medicine to guide his clinical decisions. He has always treated my family with respect.

My family has been cared for by this wonderful doctor for more than 15 years. He is kind, patient, thoughtful and thoroughly competent. You couldn't ask for more in a family physician.

Dr. Pang, Amanda and Sheila are amazing health-care workers and very fine individuals. I feel very, very fortunate to have Dr. Pang as my doctor. He is compassionate and skilled.

Please take note the reviews here for Dr. Pang are rather dated and though a few years ago I would have agreed with him as I really like the guy and find him helpful. Unfortunately the practice with Dr. Nowak has turned into a gong show of epic proportions.

Never in the office. If you get an appointment time in under a month you would be lucky. I have just experienced a very troubling incident that could be serious. So I call to book an appointment; they don't ask what the issue is, tell me the next appointment is a month away and that is that. However somehow he finds the time to work in emergency frequently while ignoring the needs of his own patients. Not acceptable and perhaps something this website should officer is a method to file a complaint with the people cutting his cheques (most notably the tax payer). Gone from a 9 out of 10 service to a 2 out of 10 over the last two years..... Smarten up and have a medical secretary available during business hours at the very least.... lucky to get through....most times you get a recording being told not to leave a message.

My wife visits his partner (barely ever) but is required to wait an hour to see her.....really? Your time is that much more special that you can't operate this like a business as expected of you buy the people paying your salary...

I have been a patient of doctor Pang for many years. I have known him to be honest, caring, knowledgeable and straight forward. The only thing I would be mildly critical of is long wait times for scheduled appointments. Other that that I am extremely happy and consider myself lucky to have Dr Pang as my family doctor.

Switched to Dr. Pang about 5 years ago. Really the most amazing experience. Great doctor, polite and respectful and listens to you. Now he has less time because he is teaching which is also a great thing to pass on to others!!
