Dr Kumpula is very knowledgeable, polite and caring. He follows up on his patients and does not hesitate to provide referrals. I am very fortunate to have him as my family doctor.

Never have felt once that this man cares. He wears full face shield a mask and a gown like he is going into surgery but will not so a proper physical examination. Unbelievable

I have seen Dr. Kumpula many times for myself and my daughter and I find him to be very polite and knowledgeable. He always gives us his complete attention and unlike some doctors, he never made me feel rushed or that I couldn't bring up ALL of my concerns. He was even good hen dealing with my shy daughter and made her feel comfortable.

Very happy with my experience . I saw Dr. Joseph Kumpula via the TELUS Health app. He arrived early which was refreshing. I felt that my concerns were heard. He went above and beyond for me by ordering additional tests that I had hoped he would deem necessary. I felt that he gave me the space to share my concerns in a non-judgemental way.
The appointment was about 5 minutes long, yet I did not feel rushed and all of my questions/concerns were answered.
