Dr. Carissa is very knowledgeable, i have had many health issues and multiple specialists were unable to help me, finally I heard about and reached out to Dr.Carissa who was able to stabilize me within several weeks. Staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Dr. Carissa has helped me with my symptoms from Lyme Disease when no other MD would help at all. She will listen to all of you concerns and get to the bottom of each issue using all of her insight. She is wonderful and so is her staff. Highly recommended to all Lyme patients.

I found some advice from the doctor to be inaccurate in regards to fertility treatment. She had me taking one substance while trying to get pregnant and I later learned it was not to be taken during pregnancy (right off of the bottle!). She also told me to increase my progesterone while I had miscarriage symptoms. She said I was not likely having a miscarriage (but unfortunately I later learned I was). Credibility was lost and I never returned.

Dr. Carissa is incredibly knowledgeable and her expertise regarding biochemistry is amazing. Coming from a scientific background, I really appreciate all the explanations she provides as to how to treat different issues. I've been going to her for a few years, so have my kids and husband, and she has helped us all.

She framed suggestions to me as if they would cure my son's ASD and decrease his challenging behaviour. Not only did they have no effect, but they were so limiting to things he enjoyed that it made his quality of life less than it was prior. Double check the evidence behind her recommendations.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Doherty and the Natural Care Clinic. I came to see Dr. Doherty for what I thought was an allergic reaction and she has helped me clean up my diet, my liver and skin. She is so personable and easy to talk to, and she has so much knowledge to share! The front desk staff are awesome. Even when it gets crazy in the clinic they are friendly and helpful.

Visited Dr Doherty due to symptoms of perimenopause and low iron levels. She was incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent listener. I have a simple regime that I will now follow and hope this will solve some of my symptoms. I was very impressed with her services and look forward to my follow up appointment to address results.

I felt tired and unhealthy and was told there was nothing wrong with me. Dr. Doherty found I had an autoimmune thyroid condition.....and then treated it! I feel amazing! I owe her my health.
