Great Doctor!!!!! Cares about his patients...his staff on the other hand REALLY make him look bad. They are the most non caring people. He would be best if he fired them all. They make him look bad. I tolerate his staff because he a great doctor.

Dr. Ratino is a wonderful doctor, but his staff is not very professional. They do not take phone calls seriously and may call you back in a coule of weeks if you are lucky.

Do not use this PAIN clinic. They are inefficient, unorgainzed, office does not know what they are doing. They are aptly called a PAIN clinic because you will experience PAIN in dealing with them!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Ratino is the best Dr I've seen. I live almost a hour away & I don't mind driving every 3 mths to see him. He understands what I'm going through & he cares.

I've been a patient of Dr Ratino's for a 4+ years. I moved to Missouri 5 months ago but I still drive the 9-10 hours to see him every month. May sound ridiculous but I'm also in the healthcare field for over two decades now & I know how hard it is to find a good, caring doctor. In my opinion 70-80% of ALL docs are average or below. Pain management docs are often not the best but Ratino is the best doc I've had in years. I had leukemia & he ALWAYS takes time with me & he DOES know many patients families, bdays & many other things most docs wouldn't remember if you tattooed it to their hand. I do wait sometimes (usually an hour max but its rare its that long) but its worth it. I don't want him to hurry with me either so ill wait all day if needed. There's NOTHING he won't do for a patient. He speaks with you not at you & is extremely thorough. He's even called me at home & even called my husbands cell whn I didn't pick up. I highly recommend him to everyone for ANY & ALL illnesses, etc.

Dr.Ratino has been wonderful for my husband who has chronic pain issues since breaking his back in a car wreck. There is a little bit of a wait but when he gets to the room he spends time addressing your concerns. He is not at all condescending like many pain management doctors that we dealt with before him. He is genuine and wants to help his patients.

Dr. Ratino has been very helpful to me in trying to manage the issue I have. He spends a great deal of time with me at office visits and also actually listens and shows concern. His staff is also very professional but at the same time very friendly. I usually hate going to doctors (anxiety!) but he and his staff make you feel very comfortable. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be called. The last time they called me right in! I would highly recommend him.

He is the best in his field. My mom has had several who didn't care or just handed out meds. He cares, he remembers your name and truly wants you to feel better.
