Dr. Evander Fogle operated on my torn Meniscus very successfully. He then ordered the ROMTech machine to be brought to my home for rehab. This machine speeded up my recovery. There were only 4 of these
machines in the Metro Atlanta area of over 6 million. Why me? I thought . Dr. Fogle puts you First.

Dr. Fogle recently performed frozen shoulder surgery for me. We had worked together for months trying to resolve it through steroids and PT, but the joint just wasn't cooperating. Dr. Fogle gave me the space to make my own decision about the surgery, since it was elective. The night before the surgery, he called me to re-assure me and make sure I was ok. It was such a kind thing for him to do, and reinforced how much he cared about me. The surgery was very successful. I appreciate his surgical skill and his caring bedside manner. I highly recommend him and the team at Resurgeons!

Dr. Fogle performed surgery on my shoulder. Under promised and over performed. I've been discharged 2 months early. His excellence as a surgeon and his follow up made all the difference in the world. I'm at 100% and amazed that I'm already fully recovered and fully functional.

I wish I would have done this sooner! After a skiing accident over the holidays, months of denial thinking/hoping it was a sprain and the pandemic, I finally decided to go to a professional about my knee. Dr Fogle correctly diagnosed and performed acl and meniscus surgery on my knee. Everything went smoothly (even during the pandemic) and the results are awesome! Dr. Fogle and his team made me feel safe and confident in their care. With 8 months of hard work with PT and healing, I have been fully cleared. If I would have known how easy Dr. Fogle and his team would have made this with perfect results, I would not have dragged my feet ( sometimes literally :) ) as long as I did. I would and have recommended Dr. Fogle as a fantastic orthopedic surgeon if you need one!

Dr Fogle reattached one tendon and repaired another during rotator cuff surgery 7 months ago. Had my last follow up visit today. He is all that one could want in a physician. Very personable, reassuring, and highly competent. Surgery went well, excellent instructions and medical supplies for post surgery. Began rehab at Resurgens physical therapy after six weeks in sling. The therapists all discussed Dr. Fogle's skills, and I certainly agreed with them. "Graduated" from therapy at Resurgens after 6 months. Two subsequent visits with Dr Fogle, and all is well. I highly recommend him for shoulder and upper arm issues ( I had previously met with him for muscle tears to bicep and tricep).

Dr Fogle, was my mother's physician for a shoulder issue from a fall. I attended her appointments with her and was very happy with the level of service provided by Dr Fogle and his team. So, when I had issues with my own shoulder, due to Frozen Shoulder, I didn't hesitate to see Dr Fogle. I had already tried PT, which was too painful. And while there was some relief from Steroid Injections, it was finally determined that surgery was our best option. The surgery was a success and between Dr. Fogle and Resurgens PT, I'm well on the road to being fully healed. I'm thrilled to have the use without the pain. Thank you again Dr Fogle!.

I choose Dr. Fogle due to the many very positive review but I experienced great dissatisfaction. At my first visit, the PA diagnosed my knee pain as stress syndrome and told me the x-ray image of my knee reveals a very good condition of my knee. It took four office visits to identify the problem (torn meniscus & osteoarthritis). It took three months to have the required MRI. Frequent reports from 14 PT sessions about pain and swollen knee received no attention. I received no answer to my inquiry for applicable surgical procedures. I am covered by Medicare and I believe medical surgical service was not provided due to the very low reimbursement. However, I obtained successful arthroscopy of my knee at a different medical facility.

Dr. Fogle and his team at Resurgens are the BEST! After tearing my ACL, he walked me through all of my options and patiently answered all of my questions. Less than 6 months after surgery to repair my ACL, I graduated from PT and 8 months after surgery I was cleared to start playing tennis again. Getting injured is never a great experience, but I firmly believe Dr. Fogle and his team made it the best it could be.

I researched the best orthopedics in Atlanta and chose Dr. Evander Fogle because his name kept popping up with so many positive reviews. I was diagnosed with a Distal Bicep Tendon Rupture. Day of the surgery, everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Fogle and his staff really know how to take care of their patients. My recovery went so well with the Physical Therapy, that I was released after 4 sessions. The strength in my arm was back and the extension exercises at home really helped. Dr. Fogle was a little surprised and happy at how quickly I recovered. In my opinion, my recovery time was shortened because Dr. Fogle performed the surgery. He definitely lives up to his “Doctor of the Year” reputation. When talking with his staff, Ryan, Olivia and the rest, you can tell he surrounds himself with the most personable and brightest. Thank you so very much Dr. Fogle and staff for everything! I highly, highly recommend Dr. Fogle!

In August 2018 I fell and suffered a severe fracture of my left shoulder. 3 days after seeing Dr. Fogle, he did surgery and a reverse shoulder shoulder replacement. This is a very demanding surgery and is not done by all orthopedic surgeons. Based on the range of motion regained so far, it is clear to me that the surgery was done perfectly. He and his staff are very clear communicators and take the time to answer questions completely.
