Been going here for years and since COVID the practice has gone off the rails. All their support staff are gone and the replacements are rude and, it would seem, purposefully unhelpful. Dr K says she will call with results and never does. And it's impossible to get through to the office and if you do the receptionist just berates you, tells you to use the app and hangs up. Honestly, it seems impossible that the Dr's here don't know what's going on, yet they allow it to continue. I guess billing is more important than patients. My family and I are looking for a new doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Klapwyk for over 2 decades and I consider myself very blessed to have her as my family Dr. She is professional, compassionate, and very thorough and patient in explaining test results, diagnosis etc. Her office staff is very friendly and efficient. Thank you Dr. K & staff for always being there for me!!

I have been going to her for 15 years and have found her to be readily available[ same day sometimes] and very competent. My referral for cancer treatment was done so expeditiously, it took my breath away.Likewise with my late husband--very compassionate and caring.

My last physical consisted of the most superficial evaluations. No depth, such as an overall inspection for skin cancer, palpation for liver function, inspection of gait, questions to uncover dementia. Very superficial - a 10 minute physical. Will deflect complaints by saying you're getting older. Has misdiagnosed a serious skeletal problem. She's bright enough, but not fully engaged

I have been seeing Dr Klapwyck for over 10 years, and I have to say she is extremely knowledgable. Anytime I had questions, she always took the time to explain them. I suffer from depression and addiction, and when I needed help, she immediately got me help with a psychiatrist so I could face my fears, and so corns for my health.
The staff are also very kind, helpful and also very knowledgeable.

Dr. Klapwyk has always been a very compassionate and professional doctor with my wife and I. She has helped us through some difficult times and getting the help we need. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone. I have had ECG's done, blood work, vaccinations and I must say the staff is very good with all of the above.

Facilitates addiction and codependence.....fake attitude ....careless neglect in her verbiage and bedside manner....does not work with patient, Instead tries to control.....and blame shifts when she is wrong... would not recommend her....not very knowledgeable.... especially not in any genuine way ....
You can read a book and not have to suffer from her neglaence and help yourself better than spending time in her presence.
