He is the worst dr I have ever been to. He is extremely rude and condescending. His computer is his main focus. I yelled out with happiness when I found out that he was leaving the practice. I referred to him as my douchebag dr and would never ever refer him. He should be working in a lab somewhere and NOT seeing patients. His “sarcasm” is his way of feeling superior. Patience go there to be treated for illnesses and not to go there to to be treated like a child. Awful person!

I went to see him a year ago and left with tears in my eyes. He questioned every prior medical history I recalled to him. Then mocked me when I didn't know the name of the medication I had taken. Told me I had no sense in taking medications that I couldn't pronounce. Told him I moved from out of state and had been receiving weekly allergy shots. He told me he didn't find that necessary and refused to refer me. The list went on...
So here I am a year later needing a referral and dreading going to see this mans face again. ( since my first visit I pay the extra copay to go to urgent cares just to avoid him) again today he dismisses almost everything I say. I told him I needed a new prescription because my medication had expired. He questioned why I even needed it (epipen) and I expressed to him that it's needed to save my life if need be and the expiration date tells me that I need a new one. Then I cut him off and told him that a year ago I left in tears and it wasn't going to happen today. Since then I turned 30 and made sure he understood that now that I'm 30 I'm wiser and will let no man make me cry. He was left speechless and walked out of the room. His nurse practitioner finished my appointment. I may not be able to switch my primary so I will make sure that he wishes he could switch me as a patient. I am appalled at his rudeness. I'm not a patient who jumps at a sneeze, I tend to go when I truly need medical advice. He seems to think I'm not worth his time that my ailments don't seem to matter. I'm not going to avoid him any longer. I'm going to give his attitude right back to him!

I have seen him twice and my first experience I almost walked out . He was so rude and this last visit I expressed my hair was falling out and he told me to stand on my head and let the blood rush down there and do a happy dance at the next full moon. He is a jackass and if you are considering seeing him run the other way! I have since tried four times to get a referral to see another doctor and they never call me back. The whole office seems very unprofessional but how this guy stays in business is beyond me

I was so put off by this doctor who was rude, impatient and unhelpful despite what should have been a routine visit. He was indifferent and difficult to even understand, he was so anxious to get rid of me and move on to another unknowing victim. I wonder if his colleagues even are aware of this. I will NEVER return to that practice

Dr. Eisenberg has a great sense of humor especially when not feeling well, he knows just what to say to make you smile. He is a great doctor, and very intelligent.

Bruce is my primary care physician and I couldn't imagine a better doctor. Very knowledgeable, practical, thorough and friendly. He bends over backwards for his patients.

As others have written, Dr. Eisenberg continues to exhibit extremely poor interpersonal skills. He may be a technically competent and knowledgeable physician, but every interaction I have had with him has been uncomfortable and unlike anything I've ever experienced with another medical professional. The typical visit begins with rapid questions while he enters information into the computer, followed by a rushed physical exam. No time for questions, impression is that he doesn't like his job or people, or both. Glad I found this site as I've been trying to understand what I had done during my initial visit that caused him to continue to act in this manner.

My appointment with Dr. Eisenberg - was disturbing. He seems to have no control over his comments - they always cross the line into rude bordering on abuse. I think he may have a personality disorder - one that involves a disregard for empathy. He definitely needs sensitivity training - I hope he can realize how he is treating his patients - and learn how to improve.
