Apparently whomever wrote the former review on Dr Jacoby has the WRONG physician or is a disgruntled "realtor" because he has not been in practice since last year. Furthermore, he worked solo and did not have ANY employee's. I am one of his peer physicians and can say the person who wrote this should be ashamed of themselves because he is one of the few last remaining physicians who is not only a brilliant diagnostician with the most amazing bedside manner but has donated much of his time to the elderly in skilled nursing facilities . All of his peers have learned from him. I do not know of ANY patients that do not admire and adore him. Unfortunately, no one can stop a whackadoo from writing a public post....

I think every one of these reviews is completely fake and fabricated because I do not recognize the same person I met. He made me miserable with his cold, impersonal attitude. There was no warmth and I also felt he was more concerned with saving money for his employers than about my well being. A nightmare.

I was a patient at Gardens Court from January 11,2014 until February 6,2014 as a result of total knee replacement. On my second day Dr. Jacoby visited me and I was immediately impressed with his manner, professionalism and dedication to his patients.He spent time as we reviewed all the medications that the surgeon had prescribed.Since I am not one who is into a lot of medications,he quickly picked up on my feelings and was able to reduce unnecessary medications and even mentioned the medications that he would eliminate once I was discharged.During my three week stay I observed a doctor who was truly there for his patients and we all felt that he made a difference in the lives that he touched. What an asset he is to Garden Courts.Thank you Dr. Jacoby for being so special.Mona O.

We were very lucky to find an opening at Gardens Court for our mother's rehab. Hands down the best facility in the area with top notch management and staff. Their on-site doctor, Dr. Jacoby, was absolutely wonderful. He actually cares about his patients and was always available for family questions and was very active in our mother's care. It was also refreshing to find a doctor that wasn't a "pill pusher." Dr. Jacoby actually decreased the amount of medications our mother was taking and by the time she left she was a new person both physically and mentally. If you care about your family member bring them to Dr. Jacoby and Gardens Court - the other facilities in the area just don't compare.

I met Dr. Jacoby as a patient at Gardens Court Rehab Center shortly after having bi-lateral knee surgery. While being examined he correctly diagnosed a Cellulites infection and recommemded treatment that was able to spare me serious medical problems. This attests to his skills as a doctor and diagnositician. What struck me most abour Dr. Jacoby was his "bedside manner." He displayed a sincere empathetic interest in my condition and treatment. He made me feel special. Later, speaking to other patients, I leaqrned we all felt the same way. In today's medical delivery system we expect competent care. Dr. Jacoby raises that to the highest level. Compassionate, caring, kind, universally liked and respected by both patients and staff. I wish there were more like him.

He is truly one of a kind. I recently had a total Hip Replacement and was under Dr.Jacoby's care at a rehabilitation facility in Palm Beach Gardens,FL. Dr.Jacoby was the MOST understanding, compassionate and brilliant diagnostician that I have ever had care for me in my seventy two years.If it weren't for Dr.Jacoby, my recuperation would not have been as quick and sucessful as it was.Dr.Jacoby treats you as if you were a member of his family. He is "Genuine," he really cares about you and it becomes evident in the way that he communicates and listens to you. It is no wonder that he is listed as one of the Top 100 Doctors in the United States. A truly remarkable Doctor and Human Being.

He is irreplaceable just as the other reviewer said. I consider him to be a miracle doctor, a brilliant diagnostician who truly cares about his patients. He treats you like you were one his family. He truly communicates with you by listening to your concerns and respecting your feelings. If you are looking for a doctor with empathy, compassion and kindness, then Dr. Jacoby is for you.

Search no more for the finest ER/ Internist a patient can find. Dr. Jacoby is listed in the top 100 doctors of this country. I had the honor of being one of his patients when he was in private practice in Ca. He is great missed and no one will ever be able to replace him. Besides being an amazing diagnostician, he actually cares about you as a human being . One is just not a body to him. His witt, expert skills, personal care, and kindness can never be replaced. I would trust him with my family (which I have ). He treats each patient as if they were related to him. God Bless Dr. Jacoby
