We have had Dr Vincent Yuwn as our family Dr for several years now. We have always found him to be compassionate, caring and efficient in dealing with our concerns. We highly recommend him as an excellent physician who is quick to respond and is very perceptive.

Listens and always seeks the least invasive treatments, monitors my thyroid condition regularly and was the only doctor open to letting me try natural hormone therapy to treat it which has been a great success so far.

The staff are the worst - but Dr. Yuen is the best! I do hate the waiting times but it's fairly consistent with other walk-in clinics. I've never felt rushed when talking to him although I think by 2013 we're all pretty used to seeing a doctor for 5 minutes or less. I had a problem that I'd dealt with for about 2 years and seen various doctors and specialists. He offered what seemed like an overly simplistic solution, but it worked! I think, as with all doctors, there are times when it's hit-or-miss, but overall I find Dr. Yuen to be kind, cheerful, accommodating and knowledgable. I really trust him.

He appears to be a very caring doctor who seems to take the time in hearing about my reasons for visits and acts accordingly. He is very helpful and approachable. If one treatment doesn't work, he will try another. As this is in a Walk-In Clinic, though I make appts. with him, my appt. is delayed usually under an hour. My husband and I like him.

Dr.Yuen has been my family dr for almost 7 years now. I have to admit, at first, he was not very helpful in diagnosing my disease (crohns.) But he did show concern, and promptly gave me a rectal exam (with a nurse present) when I had blood in my stool. He referred me to a horrible GI, and 4 years later, I was diagnosed at foothills. After my diagnosis, he was very helpful and sympathetic. I have since been diagnosed with other disease, and he has been an integral part in my care. I went to him with some vague neurological symptoms and he instantly referred me to a neurologist, instead of "waiting and monitering the symptoms." He has been very helpful, and I have never felt rushed. He lets me get through all my problems, and then addresses each of them. I would recommend him to anyone, but I don't want to because then he will be busier haha. I am a 21 year old female, so I'm not sure if he is good with children, or the elderly, but he's good with me, and that's all I care about.

Dr yuen is our family doctor, he is very knowledgable & helpful, he is always patient and considerate. I have been to several other doctors in calgary before him, i feel they all try to rush you out of the door instead of taking care of you, but Dr yuen really cares about the patients, thats why the waiting time is a little bit long. It worth it.I think he is the best doctor in calgary !!

He is suppose to be my family doctor, I have gone to him with 3 issues he gave me a bandaid solution for one of them- which did not work- and on the next 4 visits I have been told to just monitor issues. He has offered no advice nor any hope these issues have any resolve. I have been back to the clinic and requested any of his co-doctors and since resolved 2 of the issues. He is still down as my family doctor but only because someone else has access to my files. Would not recommend.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, and always friendly and pleasant to deal with. Shows empathy and appears to be sincerely interested in you and how you are doing. I wouldn't go to anyone else now.

went to see as a walkin since I was told he wouldn't take new patients unless they came as walkin first. I noticed this week that my baby's head only tilts onto one side and not the other. He was very kind and gentle with my 2 month old and addressed my concern about her neck. He said that it will probably correct itself at this age but to come back in 4 weeks and he will check if it's improved. Did full check up on baby as well. I asked if he would be family doctor and he said yes.
