I went in to improve 20 year old scars that were kind of white over many years of time. I thought the laser would improve the scars. The fraxel laser that Dr. Geronemus used has ruined my life. It has been over 9 months now and my scars are bigger wider and darker - much more noticeable then they were. For me this was a terrible experience and I can not believe I paid someone to do this to me. When I complained all they could say is it looks much better. . . just look at the pictures. This guy ruined my life to make $600. I am writing this so someone else does not decide to do this and have to go through what I am going through. I cry every day and would do anything to change that fateful day that I walked into his office.

I am very epleased with my laser work and injections. I look so much better than I did before seeing hi. I wish I had met Dr.G earlier.

He did a wonderful job removing my sun damage. Another dcotor wanted me to use a cream that would have left me red for months but Dr. G used two lasers that cleared me right up. His practice is very sophisticated and the staff is great.

i had fraxyl done at dr G 4 times the results were amazing,his staff is top notchall lazers done by mds staffed by 20 rn,s fees are the same as lazer tects in park ave offices ,resuts safer and more effective

He used a new laser on me that cleared up all of my sun damage with little down time. Another doc wanted to use a cream that would have left me red for months. He seems to have technology before other docs get them. I am glad I found him.

I owe a lot to Dr. Geronemus .He changed my life forever,and i am so grateful to him . I had acosmetic skin procedure done by another MD,that was botched and left me terribly scarred physically and emotionally . I went to numerous plastic surgeons and dermatologists ,paid thousands to try and correct the damage that was done without success . I was devestated and distraught until i was referred to Dr. Geronemus . He was completely honest ,and gave me hope ,he promised he could help me but not fix me 100 %. I received lazer treatments that did in fact fix my terrible scars .He was the only one that gave me AMAZING and drastic results . He was wonderful! My 11 year old son has Tuberous Sclerosis. He removed a forehead plaque and many skin lesions on cheeks and chin. He did an amazing job and was very kind to my son (and me). Since the skin lesions grow back, this is the second time he has had to perform surgery. He did a great job 5 years ago and also this year.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. G. since she was 6 weeks old for a Port Wine Birthmark. He definitely has done a great job reducing her stain however, we do have to keep on going back. Glad insurance is paying for it as I don't think I'd be able to afford it. I can see why people say that he doesn't have any bedside manners. He comes in does his job and leaves. I think he it's his nature, and I'd prefer someone like him - who looks concerned and answers your questions rather than someone who has great bedside manner but doesn't really have much medical knowledge.
