An office with shady dealings and Dr. Pinkas is never there. He always had his certified assistants do the work. The front desk has poor customer service. It took Amber two months to finalize an authorization. She would lie and state she's working on the authorization. When I speak to the pharmacy or insurance company, they would deny speaking to anyone from the office. Catherine at the front desk does not pick up the phone when caller ID shows names likely she ignores them. The place is unethical and needs oversight. Anastasia barely manages the team due to a lack of oversight and the numerous issues patients are having and they have poor employee retention. Every time I visit the office there is a change of employees and they utilize intern students to beat the cost.

During the last visit a few months ago, the provider started speaking badly about former providers.

Visit elsewhere, you won't regret it.

You're better off going to Dr. Aziz Chowdhury who was a former provider and since he left, this office is disgusting and non functional.

I've been a patient for many years now. I feel everyone at his practice is caring, detailed, and never once do I ever feel rushed through any of my appointments. I've been dealing with allergies quite a bit and had a few reactions but they've been quite helpful throughout my visits here. Noticing a change for the better.

First appointment since moving to NY. I've been to a few dermatologists for my acne conditions but so far I'm happy with my experience here. Very pleasant and will return for future appointments.
