This physical therapist furiously rubbed my injured foot with a metal scraping tool, on an area where I had painful Plantar Fasciitis that made it difficult for me to walk, for several minutes, it burned with pain and I sat there tolerating it trusting that what he was doing was normal as he seemed to have a long duration of experience, after a few minutes of him talking with agitated pressured speech, he went "Oh, was this blister here before?" It most certainly was not there before, he then got a syringe needle and poked around inside the blister until it bled, it took almost 3 months for the blister to heal. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Been going to Dr. McKell for a long time because he cares, listens to you, and talks to/ works on you personally instead of handing you off to another individual. You will always be treated with kindness and most importantly takes the time to listen/address your concerns and helps you feel at ease.

He was great. He listens to pt and help pt the way that I wanted to be treated.

John Mckell is the best physical therapist who has worked on my feet and hands. He knows his stuff. I went to 4 other Physical Therapist before him and they didn't facilitate my healing. I had 2 separate incidences where the surgeon wanted to operate on me, but before I agreed to it, I went to see John Mckell and he evaluated my situation thoroughly, then told me he could fix me without surgery. He kept his word and I avoided 2 painful surgeries, one on my feet, and 2 on my wrist. Try him if you want to alleviate chronic pain. Be paitent and follow his recommendations of how many sessions it really takes to completely heal. The body takes time to heal. I also like John because he doesn't down-talk to me or treat me like an idiot. I find some health care workers think they know everything and too proud to take time to truly listen. They want lots of customer so they get their money and rush you out. With John, he is very hands on and doesn't overbook.
