Mostly great staff at CMGH. Really not sure how this woman is in charge of a cheque book let alone a medical department at a hospital. She was combative when I inquired about other options. My family doctor (Lowe) helped me with making plans to get back on track.

Very unorganized and incredibly inappropriate with her demeanor and verbiage. I did not feel respected by Dr. Cheng during my visit. Thankfully nothing was seriously wrong. I will ask for a different doctor next time.

Dr. Cheng saved me! When I went to her I could barely walk due to severe leg and back pain. I had been misdiagnosed in the USA which resulted in an unnecessary back operation ($10,000 in co-pays, fees, etc!). She found my problem immediately and performed bilateral hip replacements. I got my live back!I can walk again and I am pain-free. I am so happy and so grateful to this skilled, compassionate and dedicated surgeon. I owe her so much.....

I visited Dr. Cheng to discuss a knee injury. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She was rude, condescending and totally unhelpful. All she wanted to do was sell me services not covered by OHIP. I left the office feeling terrible and the visit ruined my day. I will never return.

I saw Dr.Cheng at the hospital. Her clinic is super busy. I had to wait 3 hours to see her. But once I was in the room with her, she took her time listening to me and explaining to me about my shoulder injury. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

My friend recommended Dr.Cheng. I sae her for my knee injury. She did ACL repair on me 6 months ago. I'm doing well. My experiences with her, her staff and the hospital were great.

I don't undesstand all these positive reviews because all my interactions (3) have been negative ones. It appears here that people either think she's wonderful or terrible - not much in between. I'm in the group that finds her bedside manner appalling, her attitude dismissive and condescending, and her tardiness (50 minutes late for my 8 am -first appt of the day) disrespectful and infuriating! Thank goodness I don't need surgery for my shoulder fracture. Cancelled my follow-up appt and never want to see her again.

I saw Dr.Cheng at her office. The staff were amazing. She was great at listening and very knowledgable. She did an injection for me and I'm doing so much better.

I saw Dr.Cheng last week for my knee injury. She was very knowledgeable. She listened to my stories and came up an plan for my recovery. She was amazing.
