Biography

Dr. Pacquing grew up in Bloomfield Hills, MI and attended the University of Michigan, graduating with a B.S. in Biology in 1983. She also earned an M.S. in Biology before attending medical school at Wayne State University in 1986. After receiving her M.D. in 1990, she completed her residency at Children’s Hospital of Michigan in 1993. Dr. Pacquing is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Pacquing practiced for several years in Grosse Pointe, MI prior to moving to our area in 1998 when she joined Partners in Pediatrics. Since then, Dr. Pacquing has been a fixture in the Saginaw pediatric community, helping to build what many consider to be the premiere pediatric practice in our area. Dr. Pacquing now treats the children of some of her original patients and has lost none of her enthusiasm for the practice of pediatrics. After Co-owning Partners in Pediatrics for more than 20 years, Dr. Pacquing launched her own independent group, Sunshine Pediatric Partners, in 2021 and will continue to care for both old and new patients at the same location on Wenmar Drive. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Pacquing serves on the Pediatric Quality Assurance Committee at Covenant Healthcare and has been on staff at Covenant since 1998. She served as Chief of Pediatrics for 10 years, as a Clinical Instructor for the CMU ER Residency Program, and as a member of the U of M Pediatric Neurology Telemedicine Program. Dr. Pacquing has been married for 30+ years and has four beautiful children. Outside interests include traveling, hiking, and fossil hunting.
