Dr. Miller is an excellent physician. She uses her knowledge to help patients and families and you can tell that she really cares about her work and Pediatrics in the North. To her credit, I believe she holds many hats and has a huge workload, and manages it so well. Her care for my child was the best I could have asked for. Yes, she can be to-the-point, but I can see the compassion, care and empathy underneath it and her determination to do her job well. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Dr. Miller - you are so appreciated in Prince George.

Incredibly rude and condescending with no real idea on how to interact with patients. Not only is she unkind she is not very knowledgeable or concerned with patients well being . Would 100% recommend avoiding her

Dr Miller is a bully towards parents who are trying to find answers and guidance for their children who have been diagnosed with a terrible disease. She should not be in the field of pediatrics as she has no compassion or care for parents who are struggling to cope with their child's new disease. Parents who know nothing about said disease will ask questions concerning their child's well being and Dr Miller will provide no answers to those questions, rather she will judge and belittle you for your concerns.

Dr Miller is rude, arrogant and has no compassion. Doesn't talk to parents, talks only to those deemed to be an expert in the doctor's eyes. Very judgmental.

We were in the NICU with our son and had Dr.Miller for the first 3 days. I found her to be rude, not sympathic, horrible bedside manner and treated the nurses in NICU horribly. She was throwing out all sorts of things that "could be wrong" with my son with no proof and literally making me sick with worry. Most of what she was saying did NOT happen either. Those first days we were in shock, scared etc and it was James in the NICU that was EXCELLENT with us. Sat us down and asked if we had any questions and if there was anything he could do and it was the most relief I had had in days. Someone to sit and talk with us calmly and ask us if we had questions. Dr. Miller walked into that room acting like she was queen bee yet couldn't talk to the parents nicely, throwing out assumptions yet never asking us a single thing. I don't want that women near my son again.

Dr Miller is looking after my daughter who has medical issues and no clear diagnosis. She is the only reason I can keep my sanity! She has my daughters best interest at heart. She shares my concerns and does not make light of any issues discussed! I love the fact that she acknowledges the need to refer my child to other specialists but she does not do the referral and washes her hands off us. She follows up, discus the outcome and generally just ensure the best care for my child
