She was 10 minutes late and ended the session 5 minutes early, making it only 45 minutes long. She looked distracted most of the time and even appeared to fall asleep for a moment. I want to get over my fear of flying, but she adviced me to read a number of books on this subject and I hate reading.

She's seems nice, but I just don't think she is the right therapist for me.
