Dr. Simmons has always been very helpful and patient with my situation. He is a bit shy at times but means no disrespect. I have seen him go above and beyond to help diagnose my problem. I know several people with Crestor side effects but Dr. Simmons believes in the benefits of Crestor.

Dr. Simmons has been my cardiologist for fifteen years. He has been diligent and thorough in all our dealings.
He answers my questions and has an open mind. He seems a bit shy but he is an empathetic and competent person.

Knowledgeable, May lack people skills but if he is as right and correct as other patients have stated, then I totally agree.

I saw Dr Simmons a long time ago. He had me do a treadmill test. I couldn't finish the test as I was dizzy and not feeling well. Dr. Simmons made fun of me when i couldn't finish the test. I'll never forget how he treated me in his office.

This man was my father's cardiologist. My father had a VERY complicated medical history and, after suffering a stroke, we attempted to call to get Dr. Simmon's opinion on what the hospital was recommending we do with his medications given his history with cancer. Dr. Simmons decided that nothing here was his job. So he ignored us. Even after my father passed away shortly after. We weren't looking for interference or action even, just some advice to help with our confusion. When he was finally reached (he's my mother's cardiologist as well so he followed up on her appointment) and confronted, he resorted to name calling and claimed that it wasn't worth his time. If you need someone to just hold on to your files and never follow through, he's your guy. Otherwise, he's a pathetic piece of trash who deserves what he gives to his patients, abandonment.

I agree Dr. Simmons is arrogant and comes off as knowing everything but I am not there to be his friend. I want a knowledgable doctor that can provide me with information and direction. Yes, he has a dog in his office ( that he loves) but doesn't that indicate that somewhere that HE has a heart? His staff are a team of absolutely lovely women. Thank god for that!

If this Dr. and staff are rated number two I would sure hate to meet number 3. I believe there is something wrong in this office with the doctor and the staff. I have never done a rating before and don't like this behind the back muttering but I think this should be looked into. We all have responsibilities.
