Jason is a fantastic doctor. He is so caring. I have a horrible eye phobia and he is so gentle with me and that is why I travel from Waterloo to Guelph to see him.

Went for an eye exam in 2021 as I was experiencing trouble with my vision. He did say my one eye was not as strong and ignored the fact that I had trouble with night driving. Told me my blurry eye was fine and to come back in 4 years. Went to another eye dr today and they are appauled at the treatment I recieved. I did not have benefits when I went to dr simpson so this could be the reason I was not helped. I wasted 180 dollars of my own money to be told I have "perfect vision". At my eye exam today my dr explained why I may be struggling with my vision and even though my prescription is mild gave me one to fill if I wished. Dissapointed in dr simpson and his team considering how highly others speak of him

Came in to look at glasses. Staff were patient and helpful with suggestions. Selection was good, and they had the ability to order in frames if I saw something I wanted somewhere else. Good experience.

Dr. Simpson and his team are the best. We have been going to him for several years and have had nothing but top notch service.
The entire staff always smiling(smizing now cause its covid and everyone has to wear a mask so we can't see their smile) so willing to help in anyway. Having a young boy who wears glasses all of the time. We see Dr. Simpson a few times a year. He always has a way to make it fun for our son Parker. Asking him about his sports and speaking to him in a way he understands and makes it fun.

Dr. Simpson always looks me in the eye, says “hi”, calls me by name and smiles. He always washes his hands in front of me while socializing with me and asking me questions to catch up with my life and family. He always asks me if I have had any changes in my vision, health, or medication. He always performs a thorough eye exam. He always shows me a picture of the back of both eyes and explains the structures. When he is running late to give the patient before me extra time and attention, his staff always checks on me and invites me to look at glass frames. This past visit, his staff went to the back room to get me a special pair of frames that just came in that they thought would be perfect for me. And they were! The frames are super cute and fun. The prescription in the frame gives me the clearest vision possible. His staff perform testing and frame adjustments with accuracy and efficiency. Everyone in the office is fun and they always make me laugh. If every doctor behaved and ran their office like this, the world would be a cleaner, healthier, and happier place. Nancy Rebellato
