Dr. Bland has been a wonderful family doctor for us over the past six years. She is kind, competent and willing to listen to your concerns. I've never felt dismissed, rushed or unheard and that's more than I can say for other family docs I've seen. She has a focus on prevention and as such, takes no issue with referring you to a specialist when needed. Great family doc!!

Dr. Bland seems to be of the "symptom-> rx" school of medicine. Perfectly fine for absolute routine medicine, but don't expect any depth of thought in her process. Office staff are average at best, but the facilities and location are good.

our whole family has been looked after by Dr Bland and she has been wonderful with adults and children alike, I would highly recommend her,and hope that she continues to do family medicine. Very caring.

Very nice, puts you at ease. Definitely knowledgable and is willing to discuss the different views/studies out there like you are an adult.

Dr Elaine Bland is the best family doctor i have ever had, her knowledge and untiring desire to get to the root of your ailment is second to none. but what i like about Dr bland the most is that she listens to you and does not pretend to know your body better than you do and that is hard to find in a doctor today. keep up the good work doc, your awesome.

Rigid in her thinking. Can only think in the box. Prissy and petulant.Looks for hasty solutions. German secretary was nasty to patients. Whole clinic lacks humanity.

She is thorough, helpful and is willing to answer questions. She does not rush the appointment. I really like Dr Bland and almost even makes the visit enjoyable.

Dr. Bland is truly a very wonderful, caring, honest & sincere doctor. I was very privilaged to have had her as my family doctor when she was in Edson. I was sad to see her leave Edson but i am very happy that Calgary has accepted her as one of their fabulous doctors. Edson's loss is Calgary's gain.

Both Dr. Bland and her staff have been amazing. I have been a patient of hers now for approx. 5 years and I find her knowledgable, personable, and to genuinely care about her patients. She takes an honest interest in not only her patients medical well being, but also their emotional, mental, and social well-being as well. The staff at her office are also caring, thoughtful, sensitive and knowledgeable. In my experience it is rare to find a doctor and staff that are this wonderful in who they are as well as what they do! They also do a fabulous job on running on time, which is amazing given the nature of medical care these days!

Dr. Bland is a fantastic doctor! The only concern I have is trying to make an appointment. She is booked 2 months in advance for yearly physicals and the August schedule has not been released yet. One time I called to see her because I was sick and they told me I could get in to see her in 2 weeks, well in 2 weeks I won't be sick anymore and seeing the doctor then would be pointless. Dr. Bland though is excellent. She is not afraid to send you for extra tests just to be sure.
