He is very rude and not helpful at all when it comes advising patients, especially when patient has specific concerns

Dr. Cha was amazing - caring, attentive, knowledgeable - I would want him as my cardiologist if I had a heart problem. I am lucky he can close my file.

I feel well cared for. Stay home, stay safe is a challenge. I miss using my condo pool. But can walk the stairwell and go fit daily walks. Dr Cha listening skills are great. He give easy to understand replies. The staff are great. Everyone helpful and pleasant.

Have just began to see Dr. Cha - over two previous cardiologists I am most trusting in Dr. Cha, I am MOST happy with the facility involved, the staff personnel also.

This is a very busy office because Dr Cha is high in demand due to his devotion, knowledge, helpfulness, caring, for his patients. He listens to his patients and takes what they say into the evaluation.
Dr Cha has saved my life more than once because of his wisdom .
You may need to wait at times because he is busy, but isn’t your life worth waiting for a professional doctor that gives his 100% to you?

Lori and the rest of his staff are helpful, informative and knowledgeable.

After reading all of the negative comments here, I must say I was concerned about seeing Dr. Cha. I don’t know who these people were reviewing!! My experience was fantastic. The 2 ladies working in reception were exceptional!! Kind, patient and helpful. Dr.Cha was professional, kind, thorough and displayed a sense of humour. He put my mind at ease, scheduled testing and follow up appt in a timely manner. I am happy that I decided to see Dr.Cha, despite the reviews here. He was nothing but professional as were the rest of the staff in his office. Don’t believe these negative reviews, just not accurate at all.

How can a specialist still have a degree MD when such poor reviews. Need to investigate

Staff are UNORGANIZED and RUDE. Example, twice my husband had appointments (written on those little appointment cards) and the secretary told him it wasn't his day and told him to reschedule. He showed his appointment card and they said they'd try and "squeeze him in, if he's lucky". How efficient.

Dr. Cha has no sense of time, more often than not he's at least an hour late for appointments and treats patient's like an inconvenience. His preference is ALWAYS to just medicate and move on. If you have a problem with his suggested medication, he really doesn't seem to care as he's told my husband continuously to just deal with it, the symptoms will go away.. (BTW - He hates answering questions).

Our appointments consist of Cha flipping through my husbands chart, throwing a paper in the garbage, asking a few questions and writing new prescriptions... I'm started to wonder if kickbacks are a thing in Canada... my husband takes no less than 10 separate meds (4 for BP alone?!) My pharmacy has faxed his office on multiple occasions for dosage clarification and it takes weeks (literally) every time, to get a response.... We're currently seeking a new doctor.

Unprofessional behaviour in front of patients. Treats others very poorly. Unwilling to do what is right for the patient.
