I was disappointed with how this Dr. Had treated me. I went in to see her as I was feeling nauseated due to pregnancy. She looked at my records and questioned as to why I hadn't seen her in 3 years. I replied by saying that I had no reason to seek medical attention until this day....after all why should I waste tax payers money if I have no reason so see a doctor. She went on and on about how im sure I had seen other physician instead of her. Sure i may have seen a doctor, but that shouldnt excuse her behavivour. By the end of my appointment she didn't want anything to do with me or my pregnancy. Save yourself the trouble of going to this Doctor and I hope that God may find some extra compassion in his heart and spare this lady some, cause she can surely use it.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at the doctor; I took my 3 year old son in, as he had a high fever and a rash. The moment she walked in the door she was rude. The way she spoke to my son and I was completely unprofessional. At one point my son was upset and didn't want to open his mouth, to which she stated "oh my god". She wrote me a prescription without even telling me what she thought might be wrong, or how often/ how much he should take (I Didn’t fill the prescription). I left the room questioning if she was even a real doctor. A proper exam is usually required before prescribing a 3 year old or anyone for that matter a prescription. Anyways as other have said DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!. I make me upset that out health care dollars are going to such a rude, arrogant and unprofessional Doctor… if she is even a doctor.

This Doctor's bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. Arrogance can be overlooked however lack of compassion and attention to a patient's needs are inexcusable. Also, misdiagnosing a patient as well as gossipping about other patients and her colleagues are extremely inappropriate. Dr. Kumar should lose her medical license. I don't take my experiences lightly especially with health and she is obnoxious. Listen folks, if you have absolutely NO choice if your regularly scheduled doctor is unavailable, take your self to a different walk-in clinic or to the hospital but do NOT subject your self to Dr. Saroj Kumar. You will have nightmares; she will drive you to tears and you will walk out more sick from her office than you when you initially went in. Spare your self the grief and just say NO to this fraud of a doctor!

Terrible doctor. Saw her for major pains in my lower back/stomach region. She told me she was not a "pill pusher" and was more upset that I had seen a doctor earlier in the day so she wouldn't get paid. She told me to take some robaxin for my pain. I ended up going to the hospital and was hospitalized for 4 days with pancreatitis and kidney disease. I will be making a complaint to the college of physicians as she should NOT be practicing.

This is by far the WORST Dr. I have ever seen. I will never again subject myself or my family to the unbelievable rudeness and arrogance of this Dr.
Each time I went to see her she was always argumentative. Never once was she helpful. She treats you as if you are an annoyance for coming in. Each time I left it was a waste of time with zero results Never never never again.

I went to this doctor as this was close to my house and the other clinic I go to was closed for some reason (may be a holiday). I went to this clinic and saw that there was no patient, was happy that there wont be any waiting time. I was there to show my 2 years old daughter who had nasal congestion and dry cough. Front office told me that there will be 1 hour waiting time, when I asked that how come 1 hour waiting time when there is no patient, she gave me a very bad look. Then she asked me some necessary questions (rudely) and then sent me in within 5 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, Dr. Saroj came in. No smile no hello, straight "What i s the problem?" was the question. I told her about the problem with my daughter. Without saying anything, she started typing on the computer. She did not feel it necessary to check the little girl. She prescribed a medicine. To my surprise, how can she prescribe a medicine without checking her? When I asked her, then she checked my daughter and then started to lecture me about not giving candies and chocolates to kids as they are fake calories. I agree, but where did this topic come from?
Not taking much of space, She was no good. The medicine she prescribed, dint work at all. I wonder if she took her studies seriously while becoming a doctor. Wont repeat this mistake ever again of going to this snobbish and rude doc.
