Dr. NG is the best doctor I have ever had! ( and I’ve had many during my 66 years). Thanks to Dr. NG I receive the best help with my Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis.
I travel 4 hours to see Dr. NG, that should give you an idea how much I appreciate his kindness and knowledge.

There is a general thread through most of these ratings...in my opinion Dr Ng is a great Dr. and Rheumatologist, Full of knowledge, empathy and understanding. Unfortunately he has not had much success throughout his career in hiring the right staff. however, when a complaint was made, it was addressed personally. I have been a patient for nearly 25 years and have a complex medical history. Dr, Ng has been able to give me a quality of life, I do not believe I would have had, had he not been my Rheumatologist. I have seldom had to wait for more than a few minutes for my appt. He always takes the time to listen and to explain diagnosis and treatments. He takes the time to make sure that he has covered all your concerns before you leave his office. One of the few doctors left that make you feel like a human being when you are in their offices,

This doctor is a psychopath that caused severe bodily harm. My body will never be the same again and he took pleasure in causing such a sadistic act on an innocent human being.

Dr. Ng is a very kind, caring and attentive Doctor who has been looking after my Arthritis for almost 10 years. Ten years ago, when I was walking my dog, my knees were so bad that I was limping, and Dr. Ng helped me to piece my life back together instead of living in agony all the time. His great personality and commitment to his patients surpass any other doctors I have ever come across, and his staff is friendly and also very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ng to anybody if I know they are suffering from Arthritis pain like me

I have been seeing Dr. Ng for several years and very happy with him. He
has been excellent. He also treated my mother and she felt the same about him.

I have had a couple in-person visits (pre BS COVID) and quite a few phone calls with him and his partnered Dr.
Albeit the other Dr was OK - he didn't really seem to know much about me or what was in my personal file - maybe not his fault...but I don't like the 'pass the buck' feeling - Dr NG however, always knowledgeable, personable and funny...so I give him a 5 star. He has given me some sort of life back without the back pain I was having.

This doctor has been very helpful and kind to mother in the past, but I have to say I am very disappointed with the office staff. You can no longer call the office and speak to someone on the phone, you have to leave a voicemail, which is very hard to do when the mailbox is full. My mom has had a very bad arthritic flare up and was told to call Dr. Ng if this ever happened to her or if she was in any pain or discomfort, which she has tried to do communicate to him. Sadly, the office staff finally called my mom back, and told her she had to wait for her appointment to speak to him, which is unacceptable. She's been trying to talk to Dr. Ng for two weeks now, with no avail.

Dr. Ng's patients deserve better, and he would want to make sure he was communicating with his patients when & if they needed him. Please have a receptionist answering phone calls. Patients should not have to struggle like this to reach their doctor. Communication with the patients and their doctors are very important.

The front desk needs to be fixed, in order for patients to have better communication with their doctor, especially your senior patients...

Everyone in the office is are great, they are extremely helpful and friendly. Dr Ng is great. He is always there for me , if I need him. I will miss going to see him , he is a great doctor.

Something has changed in this past year. I saw a different doctor twice and when Dr. Ng came in to consult he didn't even acknowledge me, both times. The last time I saw him a few months ago he had little to say. He just gave me an injection. He doesn't take time to re access my condition. He used to be so kind and very thorough. The office staff has changed and has little to say, not helpful at all. It's like a switch went off and everything changed from 5 stars to maybe 3 . It's frightening when life becomes so painful.

Very kind and caring doctor. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a rheumatologist. He took care of my senior mother and helped with her pain management and injections. Thank you for being a compassionate medical professional. We need more doctors like you.
