He was 45 minutes late to our first appointment. His office did not return calls or schedule follow-ups after they set up the expectation for follow-up appointments. I had to contact my family physician to ask him to call the pediatric office so that I would receive a callback. My experience has been terrible regarding levels of care and service professionalism. If one is able to get over all these details I found that he is knowledgeable about medication and possible conditions. I was left feeling as if I was dealing with a mechanic or a tradesperson who is very focused on fixing situations and coming up with solutions without really hearing the concerns and taking a thorough approach to listening and gathering information.

I will come back to edit once we’ve had our appnt. We were referred with assurance that his waitlist not too long -at most 4weeks. For a concern that is time sensitive. It’s been over 4 months and no communication at all. We could have chosen a private clinic and paid out of pocket, but were told a 3 month wait for them and decided to be referred to Dr. Sorial instead thinking it would be faster. Very upsetting.

Dr. Sorial is amazing! We had an appointment with him to discuss our young child's allergies and asthma. He explained things to us as no other doctor ever has. We never felt pressured to hurry our appointment along or like we were asking dumb questions. When we left we left feeling confident and in control of our child's diagnosis. The only reason I gave less than 5 stars for staff is I felt the receptionist was quite cold towards us and I could not for the life of me understand her on the phone.

I have nothing bad to say about the Doctor, My son has been a patient for over 10yrs. However recently staff have been ignoring my phone calls/emails and picking up the phone and hanging it up not even forwarding to voicemails. Has anyone else experienced this blatant refusal to communicate recently. I never have in the time my sons been a patient until now. I've been trying to reach them to get a simple Letter signed by the doctor since February 22nd now its March 3rd. I'm losing my patience, I must go to the office in person to speak with someone about it.

His staff is very unorganized, and didn’t have most of my child’s documents ready, and we’ve been waiting for 3 months to see him. Pushed his “vaccine” views onto us, which is very unprofessional.

He talked over me and interrupted me continuously. He has dangerously outdated views on autism stating autistic children are completely unable to communicate. Just gross.

Dr.Sorial was very friendly and informative. Took the time to explain everything to us which none of our previous doctors have done.

Preconceived ideas without actually hearing about the problem. The issue either fit into his box or the issue was in their head. No useful testing. Not worth your time.

Rude. Doesn’t listen. You couldn’t pay us to see him again. If you get him as your Dr. Leave.
