DR Hotz was my Dr, when I was a child. I am now 69..He took care of all 3 of my children..he came to the house when the kids were to sick to go out. If Dr. Hotz said don't worry about the kids, I didn't. But when he had a concern look on his face and said "I'm just going to call a friend of mine" Then I'd worried.. I was a young mother, couldn't afford much, but it seemed like he always has a case of formula for my baby.. A very Great Man who should always be remembered. His wife Ruth was just as special, and so were his kind nurses..

I am 44 now, but I remember going to doctor Hotz office and alwayas loved all the toys. I especially remember the three part chicken and the leather animals lol. He was a great doctor and would even make house calls all the way up until I was in high school. I remember as I got older I was sad I could no longer see him because I was getting to old. He helped my mother a great deal when she had to deal with a crib death of my sister. The Petrella family will always think great of him, thanks!

Dr. Hotz was the best dr I had. I admire everthing he did for me and my family especially for my mom and dad. I was a sickly child day in and day out of the hospital but he was always there. I was so glad that he came to attend my 18th birthday it was a memorable day. THANK YOU DR. HOTZ AND STAFF (NURSE BETTY AND WIFE RUTH)

Lets just say Dr. Harry Hotzs' famous saying at least for my siblings and I, when growing up, " you look healthy", was not always the case. There are unforeseen Genetic Disorders that exist. Many symptoms brushed under the famous saying.

My sister and I were privileged to be under the care of Dr. Hotz for years. As someone who has worked with and who is currently familiar with several physicians, and in particular paediatricians, I can most sincerely and genuinely say that Dr. Hotz (even way back when..) truly is a veteran in Canada for setting the Gold Standard for what excellent HEALTHcare should be. I knew, even as a child, that Dr. Hotz truly cares for his patients. Hats off and Big Congratulations to you Dr. Hotz....you truly made such a positive influence in not only my life, but the health and well-being of my family. I will always be grateful for the kind and gentle care you provided us with. A most sincere and heartfelt "THANK YOU" for making me (originally) wanting to be a paediatrician.....I wish I could tell you how my life has evolved!

I am 50 years old and have not seen Dr. Hotz since I was 13 years old. That being said I remember him and his offoce as if I was there today. He was always kind with me. I remember the basket of toys on his desk and once told him I did't wnat one because I was not a boy, I can't recall but I am sure they were just boy toys in that basket. He once told my mother that because I was a middle child I needed special attention.....I had hoped my children would have had Dr. Hotz however I did not live in Hamilton any longer. He was a great doctor and I remember fondly. Susan Bremer Chabot
