Wow. I have been going to a clinic for over a year biweekly to get a testostrone shot. Sundays are my only days to do this. My regular doctor is not open on a Sunday. This was my first meeting with doctor David Moore. What a pasvive agessive prick. Ask me why my medical history was not documented enough. To his standards. So after waiting for almost 2 hours he would only check my blood pressure. I now realize that it was so he could bill medical for the Visit. I asked him why he could find no record of my previous visits. Was told to get my regular GP to resend my medical history to him. I was in the room at the computer with this guy. He had the records on the computer screen. I saw them. But lied to my face about having them. This Doctor is one of the biggest wastes on are over tight medical system I have ever in countered. Like I would ever let this man treat me again. If I was dying I would crawl down the street with my eyelashes to any other doctor. This doctor is a total medical system scammer. And a complete wast of your time.

I just saw Dr. David Moore at the walk in clinic. I have been healing form a MVA. He refused to examine me, then after refusing to examine me told me he thinks I'm faking for financial gain. I asked how can you come to that conclusion when you wont even examine me, his response, I don't need to, I've seen hundreds of thousands of people and can tell just by looking at you.
He finally gave me a note to extend my physio. Told me to get a family doctor, when I said I couldn't find one he said tough. Its funny I have seen 5 + different doctors at the clinic and another 2 at the hospital, a chiro and a physio and they all agree my neck and back are injured. But Dr Moore can tell I'm not just by looking at me.

I saw Dr. Moore at a walk-in clinic where the one staff member I dealt with other than the doc was very kind...so certainly nothing against the people who work with him.

Dr. Moore, however, was rude, dismissive, pompous, abrupt, judgmental, refused to believe me and my medical history, did not perform a proper examination, and yes was extremely sloppy (his pants didn't even halfway cover his butt). I don't have a single positive thing to say about this man. Only reason I gave him a 2 and not a 1 for helpfulness was that I did finally manage to get the prescription I required. I will be sure to check the Doctor roster at the clinic should I need to go again in order to be sure I will NOT be seeing him again.

Tried to explain my situation to him. I think he said all but 3 sentences to me. Very abrupt bordering on being rude. I will never deal with him again.

This doctor is very unhealthy looking. Hugely overweight and sloppy in dress. Something wrong here. Inclined to lecture.

I am not inclined to complain about medical practitioners and recognize the many challenges they face, especially in family practice. Unfortunately, I must concur with other reviewers. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a medical practitioner in any jurisdiction. I recently moved from Alberta and required a medical report to obtain my British Columbia drivers license. The receptionist advised Dr. Moore does not complete these forms for reasons of legal liability, which is entirely his prerogative. She suggested I return to see another physician the following day and in the meantime ask Dr. Moore for a requisition for blood work, so the other physician would have current medical data upon which to base the report.
When I saw Dr. Moore, it was apparent he had no interest in assisting me . He refused to provide the requisition, said he does not complete drivers reports and told me I needed to make an appointment to have a complete physical and medical work up completed. When I asked whether I could arrange such an appointment through his clinic he said he did not know. He was completely unhelpful and high handed. I was left with the impression that I had wasted his precious time.
I have worked with many physicians both as a patient and collegially in my former career and have never encountered such poor service. This person seriously needs to consider another profession. Although I don't expect it will result in any sanction, I intend to lodge a formal complaint of inadequate care and unprofessional conduct with the British Columbia College of Physicians .
On the positive side, the receptionist at the clinic was very helpful and I appreciated her suggestions regarding alternatives for completion of my medical report.

This is was the worst experience with a medical professional I have ever had. He was rude and dismissive and completely unhelpful, about a routine problem that I have dealt with at walk-in clinics before. He simply told me to get a family doctor, and when I mentioned that it's difficult to find one in Victoria, he only replied that 'it's basically impossible.'
You should not be in the healthcare profession with this complete lack of human empathy.

A rude, angry person. Told me he had no reason to help me due to the nature of my issue (sensitive medication and family doctor just retired) and, although he did refill the prescription, he told me he never wanted to see me again. Not exactly a followed of the Hippocratic Oath. Avoid at all costs.

An extremely rude doctor. Also a very poor communicator. if you try to ask for more information he gets angry. He often seems angry and his comments less than diplomatic. On one visit I tried to discuss my concerns and behind closed doors he was very inappropriate in his behaviour coming too close to me within a foot of my face, where I could feel his breath. At first he smiled and then his face was distorted as he spat the words 'go somewhere else'. After I made a mental note to do so, got up and was collecting my things I commented that now I realized it was more his problem than mine. He became very red in the face and spluttered ' get out' while making a move to grab my arm. I told him not to touch me and left. The whole situation was bizarre. Be careful of him. He has anger issues and is not very helpful. He will 'blacklist' you.
