perfect Pediatric, Doctor Hector is very professional and so knowledgeable, specially we had a previous history of baby loss with heart problem , this was out of the country, wn I took the second baby to doctor Hector, he gave much care to our problem , thank God this baby is healthy

I'm perplexed by the overly positive reviews for Dr Chiavaro. Our experience was anything but positive. The office is tiny and waiting room even smaller. Knowledge and experience aside, the doctor was very rushed. It became evident to me immediately that at his age, he's treating the practice as a money printing machine. Busy but still accepts new patients, very low overhead costs, and extremely rushed service. This was our first time meeting him and he had us in and out in 5 minutes.. it was so rushed that we couldn't remember half the questions we wanted to ask. Its clear that as he's approaching retirement he just wants to treat as many patients in as little time as possible at the lowest cost possible.

Dr Chiavoro is an amazing doctor, very welcoming and warming. He has been very patient with my husband and I as first time parents with the millions of concerns we have had. He is Very knowledgable and always gives us good advice. I hope he doesn't retire soon.

Dr Chiavaro is an excellent doctor, with lots of experience. He always have time for my concerns and my three kids feel comfortable during the visits.

Regrettably, Dr. Chiavaro's approach to treatment changed considerably in the past two years. I don't know what happened but he became increasingly rushed, refused to hear our concerns and was dismissive of our child's needs. Our last straw was when he refused to confirm or provide a written confirmation of a diagnosis that he had actually put down in her client chart. Even Maria, his difficult to reach but very helpful receptionist, was at a loss to justify his behavior. I don't know if it's the age or what. We have since gone to a doctor who gave our child the tests and treatment she needed all along. It's just heartbreaking because he started out 5 years ago as such a good doctor.

He is a good doctor, very knowledgeable. His staff, Maria is absolutely horrible. You have to call numerous times to get through. Some times it takes days to book an appointment because boone answers the phone. She is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I'm not sure why dr chiviaro hasn't fired her yet. It is because of her bad attitude we have switched doctors.

I seen alot of different doctors in my life. Through my nephews, cousins and from my own experience. When I send both my boys to Dr.Chiavaro I feel at ease knowing that I have a well experienced Doctor looking after them. I have never meet a doctor that can vacinate my boys without making them cry or bruise. I believe he has the magic touch when it comes to needles and I have seen many in my life time. I do agree with many that the receptionist takes forever to answer but when she does she is very helpful. I Found Dr. Chiavaro through RateMDs.com and it was the best choice I have ever made.

Doctor Chiavaro is OK doctor. I find his meetings a little bit to short. He doesn't have time to answer all my questions or his answer is incomplete (I am a person who likes detailed answers). Usually, I have to research my questions on the internet rather than asking him (to get a good explanation). But in general he seems kind and caring. My only concern is the time spend on the phone to book an appointment. The receptionist is very kind and helpful but never picks up the phone!!!! I can call hours and hours before she picks up! Overall I'm pleased with dr. Chiavaro service.
