HORRIBLE PERSON!! very unprofessional. Heard him complain that family doctors who does virtual appointments are lazy and irresponsible. Yet my appontment was to get a CT result which I waited 45 min for in his little office cramped with people during a pandemic... n then he only sees me for less then 2 sec. He couldn't call me with so call "normal results" Literally walked in n out. Didn't even ask how I am or if I had any questions. Best part. Got a second opinion n my test was actually abnormal!! Idiot! Then I see him in the hallway and he tries to go into the elevator with me.... WITHOUT A MASK!!! Isn't it a rules for everyone to wear a mask??? A doctor should know better!! Someone should call public health on him n his professional liscense.

Dr Stimac has no bedside manner. He maybe smart but he comes in the room, doesn’t make eye contact. Stands while giving your results like he has to get going. Never explained what’s going on with me fully. I’m in the process of finding another dr.

Dr. Stimac is a horrible person. Treats his patients and his stuff with the same contempt. Would not recommend him neither as a cardiologist or as an employer. Urge the medical professionals to stay away.

Staff are rude. I took my husband because he had been referred by our family doctor. I was working nights at the time and needed to get home to sleep. But they seemed to not care even when booking the next appointment.

I had been seeing Dr. Stimac since I turned 60 (~6 yrs ago). I had a serious infarction June 20/19 and had a 38mm stent put in my LAD that day. I also have aggressive inoperable prostate cancer and my cancer meds were stopped the day of the heart attack . A referral had been sent to Stimac's office shortly after my heart attack by my GP. Numerous phone messages, faxed docs and email were also sent by my GP to the office to get me an appointment ASAP to balance out my cancer meds with the new heart medication with no return calls or correspondence. My Urologist/Oncologist also sent a request to have dr. Stimac contact him regarding my meds. I finally called the office myself on Tue. July 9 only to be spoken to rudely (I'd say ignorantly) by the receptionist who told me I would need a new referral, and that the earliest I would be seeing the doctor would be late September, notwithstanding the fact that my lifespan would be shortened if a balance wasn't struck with my heart/cancer meds soon. She told me I'd last seen the doctor in 2016, when in fact I was in the office April 23 of this year for an EKG, which Dr. Stimac had read and reported on.
The reception staff has a history of being abrupt and rude during my entire time dealing with this office. I don't know how the Dr. allows this ignorance to continue. Thankfully I've been referred to another cardiologist who will see me shortly.

Surprised at some of the comments here. Although Dr. Stimac is somewhat awkward in his behavior, he really knows his stuff and doesn't beat around the bush. Staff is not rude. They can be a little overwhelmed sometimes, but that is because they work in the specialist's office, and that can be very demanding. Never once they were late for my procedures. And the wait time is very short, unless there is am emergency of some kind with the previous patient.

best Doctor I have had the pleasure to see. He has saved my life at least twice by noticing things my GP had not. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Was my mother's cardiologist after her triple bi-pass/valve replacement. Very routine in his examination and treatment...just another senior with diabetes and heart surgery. Last visit I mentioned that my mother was looking very PUFFY. He didn't look at her much but while putting on stethoscope said that she could stand to lose some weight. Family knows patient best...I didn't say fat but PUFFY. Three days later her brother saw her and said that if she closed her eyes she'd look like a corpse - what's wrong. Four days later she passed away. Retaining water - kidneys !! Can't make people live forever but she could have lived longer. Hard to question doctors about things they know, but we know our loved ones...they should listen more.
