I have been seeing Dr. Moore as my cancer doctor for 4 years now. After 2 yrs. of visits he came in and said hello "Mary". My name is not Mary. He asked if I had any problems and I said my arthritis seemed worse since the hysterectomy. He laughed and said, "You can blame of lot of things on hormones, but arthritis is not one of them" I have read many articles stating that hormones play a large role in keeping your joints lubricated. At my last visit on 4-20-09 it was time for a pap smear to check for cancer. Dr. Moore did not do one. However my BCBS statement showed lab work charges. I called BCBS and asked what type of lab was reported. They said a PAP smear was done. I told them it was not. They contacted Dr. Moore's office and they said yes it was. I have repeatedly called the office to get a report of the results and they have not sent any. They have even hung up on me. Dr. Moore also said at my last visit, "We are approaching the 5 yr mark". Guess what? It has only been 4 years.
