Does not care about patient's time, only his own. 45 minute wait and had the option to reschedule a month and a half later. Actually has a sign up that says if you are late you must reschedule, but for him it doesn't matter. Will not return.

Not impressed in the least. He did not test me properly. He made assumptions which were not true and did not take the time or care to really get the root of the issue. The office staff were also abrasive and I had to wait a very long time to be seen, all to be told NOTHING of use and then made to pay for an appointment that shed no light into my concerns. This physician was either too busy or misguided to help me. I hope it won't happen to you.

I love Dr. Manos, and have all of my life as I have seen him since he started North Hills, however, unless he gets rid of LeeAnn, his daughter, office manager AND a long time friend of mine, I will never go back! She is ruining his business and patients are leaving him just because of her rudeness, selfishness and unprofessionalism. Dr. Manos is all about your health, she's all about your money!

I found that Dr. Manos was very knowledgable and helpful in diagnosing my problem. I had very severe drainage and have been battling it for years, and as a professional singer / entertainer I was unable to find a Doc who understood my situation. I went to Dr. Manos on the advice of my friend and found not only was he a great doctor but also cares about his patients to the highest. He hit the nail on the head in less than 5 min, gave a prescription and shot, and I was totally clear of what I had been battling with for years within 36 hours of my visit. I have also been back to his office for the Reiki therapy and hydro-colon therapy, of which I have found to be a great benefit for me. I have FINALLY found MY doctor !!!!! Brian

While I have not seen Dr. Manos in several years, I have known him for almost 30 years, and was a patient of his for a great number of those years. Dr. Manos is a rare breed. He is dilligent and extremely knowledgable. He has what "old timers" would call "horse sense". While he will order routine testing for most problems, his gut instinct of a problem often proves to be correct. I guess this type of knowledge is what comes with the number of years Dr. Manos has been practicing. I imagine he is probably nearing retirement. I stopped seeing him only because he had to cut his work week back so much that it became almost impossible to get an appointment with him. Quite frankly, if I'm going to be put through dealing with his staff, I'd only want to see him. If you are fortunate enough to see him, you will receive excellent and compassionate care.

While having been pleased with this physician's care, his office staff is extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, Dr. Manos was very caring and concerned and because of his well-respected standing in the medical community, I was referred to and received immediate and prompt referrals to the specialists I needed. For this reason, I speak highly of him. His staff, however, particularly in his front office, needs to go. I have been hung up on, argued with and told where to go, and I'm not referring to another doctor. When I have requested to speak with Dr. Manos, I am told he is too busy to speak with any of his patients, and I can either "make an appointment or get lost." Dr. Manos is a caring, compassionate physician and I am sorry to have to leave him, but I can no longer cope with his front office manager, who happens to be his daughter.
